What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I am a certified ACC ICF Coach, among the first 50 certified Chief Happiness Officers, Certified Horse Assisted Coach and Blue Zones’s Program Manager for longevity. Today I help people and organizations to flourish by becoming Great, putting Happiness and Wellbeing, in order to express their voice and live a fulfilling and engaging life. My coaching skills are based and funded on the principles of Positive Psychology, of Positive Organizations and are laser-focued with science-based practices. I developed a statistically validated assessment tool to measure Human Greatness to better cater both individuals and organizations to achieve exceptional results.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The biggest highlight in my career as a coach is to certify at Experience Academy as Horse Assisted Coach. The horse is a powerful metaphor that highlights who we really are; it is like a mirror that reflects the messages we indirectly give it through our posture, our gaze or our gestures. This particular and innovative coaching method helps individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, instilling confidence and developing each individual’s excellence. Results and change come extremely fast, and are long-lasting thanks to the experiential coaching approach.
I am passionate about this work. The seedlings of my business began prior to 2009, before I knew there was such a thing as health and well-being coaching. Previous to that year, I had spent most of my adult life working in small, dynamic start-up environments, thriving on chaos and variety. It was exciting and challenging.
