In Brief : The Top Cognitive Behavioral Coaches
Hilary Bigel
I have lived through many of the same struggles as you and I know that you can come out on the other side with a wildly different mindset that will positively affect every corner and every relationship in your life! Here’s my story. It’s not a pretty one at first, but coaching transformed it into something beautiful.
Years ago, I was in a bad mental and emotional place. My husband and I separated but we had to nest for a year and a half in the same house while we worked on settling our financials. We took turns with the kids and tried hard to avoid each other, but it was almost impossible. I struggled to get along with my ex while we co-parented and there was a ton of tension and resentment. Sometimes, it got ugly.

Dawn Hicks
In my personal life – from an early age I had many difficult situations I had to face up to, so in my adult years I made the decision to take control and take major steps with my own self development, to find happiness and balance.
With my work life – I’ve enjoyed a career as a Production Designer and as an Art Director predominantly for the BBC. The major change I desired within work, was to set up my own business.
So in 2008 I began a journey to make more major changes to my life, I went through the process of incorporating my first manufacturing business. However, it came with more than its fair share of difficulties, not just with the endless work load and stresses of running a business, but mostly due to the very complex and difficult relationships I suddenly had to deal with.

Deirdre Coyne
In June 1987 I began a banking career that was to last for the next 24 years.
But throughout my professional career, fear was my constant companion. Fear that one day someone would find me out.
Find me out for what?
Maybe that I was a fraud; an imposter. Maybe I wasn’t really as good at my job as I seemed to be; that I wasn’t as good a person as they thought I was.
None of that was true, of course, but that’s the thing with anxiety – it’s not rational!

Passion to Inspire Others
‘The Map is not the Territory’ is a presupposition of NLP. This mean that the way I see the world, the way I filter the sensory data around me is very different to the way any other unique human does. In my work with clients, I use their language and their representation systems to uncover how they have drawn their maps and which road blocks they are encountering; once we find the blocks, some choose to remove them and some choose a totally different route. I have watched people change their patterns and beliefs and move into new territory with new resources.
