The Top Performance Coaches performance coach

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I focus on working with Millennials / Xennials to help them make Work work for them. My clients are high performing professionals, who are burned out, stuck, and without time and energy to see an alternative. We partner to identify and find the balance between who they are, what they want, and where they work. My coaching combines structured frameworks with creative brainstorming in order to unlock solutions that are hard for clients to see on their own.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that has contributed to my impact as a coach has been my own professional journey. I have made multiple transitions and had exposure to a variety of professional contexts, making it possible to see alternative paths. At the same time, most of my professional career has required me to focus on and understand others’ thinking, allowing me to communicate more effectively and connect quicker with clients.

Jennifer Romanowicz

Jennifer Romanowicz is the founder and CEO of Fancy Pants Method, LLC, a boutique leadership and

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Clients often tell me I’m “better than Advil” for resolving workplace headaches. My signature methodology
blends executive coaching, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and business leadership concepts (with a splash of disarming humor) to quickly get to the root of even the most complex topics. I use my ‘Complexity Busting’ superpowers to quickly reduce stress and overwhelm, cultivate leadership influence, boost healthy productivity, improve trust and communication, create seamless accountability, align for team performance,
and harmonize work and life demands. Furthermore, all programs are systematically customized for maximum impact, and my “fast, fun, get-the-job-done” style ensures both quick wins and sustainable results.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My fascination with interpersonal dynamics is at the heart of my success as a coach. Not only does it
continually drive me to seek new insights and cutting-edge approaches, but it inspires me to truly see and
appreciate the uniqueness of every client situation – which invariably leads to more complete solutions and
far superior results. It’s my privilege to partner with leaders and organizations to discover and address the
hidden energy leaks and counter-productive habits that disrupt their effort, as well as the key factors that
fuel success – and workdays that are as energizing as their days off!

The Top Performance Coaches performance coach

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I believe coaching is a journey of self-discovery, self-creation, and self-mastery. My specialty is partnering with high-performing men of color in catalyzing self-mastery to author the “next level” of their grandest vision. My coaching approach is a hybrid fusing ontological studies and cognitive-behavioral frameworks for an enriching, vision-driven experience for my clients. Using this framework, my clients have emerged from our coaching partnership with empowerment, insight, and skills to generate their lives with a greater sense of ease, grace, purpose, and freedom.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important contribution to my coaching success is gaining the clarity to craft my spiritual vision. I envision a world where the highest sense of integrity, agency, and freedom fully emerges among all life on earth. This is the internal flame that fuels all of my personal and professional endeavors. It is the great “why” that burns deep within my heart. I intend always to embody this heart-centered vision with every engagement with clients and prospects. I desire always to serve and give value from the heart.

Roberta Cocco

Roberta unapologetically believes that every individual has excellence in them and coaching is a vehicle to:

  • ignite change
  • connect insight to action
  • and discover what is possible.

She works with high performers, CEO’s and entrepreneurs to amplify their confidence, empower their teams and improve their performance.

The Top Performance Coaches performance coach

Roberta stands with her clients and explores proven principles, to lead and succeed in this disrupted hybrid world.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I’ve been trained in phenomenology and ontological studies, which means noticing and creating awareness around self is essential for transformation. The language we use creates and recreates our reality in subtle ways that have a tremendous impact on engagement, performance and energy. The work I facilitate opens up space to create intentional actions focused toward a clear and determined result. Over time what was hard, becomes natural and what seemed impossible is easily considered and achieved.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that has created the power and awareness in my practice to change lives, is my journey. We can’t take people where we have never been. Pushing to my edges and being willing to lean into the uncomfortable situations continue to grow me and show me what is possible.

The Top Performance Coaches performance coach

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

The decision to escape the confines of four walls created a unique trajectory for my coaching practice. The opportunity to recognise our inherent human nature set against our environment reinforces our interconnectedness; where our ability to nourish ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally has a wider systemic impact. The benefits of nature illustrated through Attention Restoration Theory (ART), Stress Reduction Theory (SRT), Shrinin-yoku and biophilia enhance performance and coaching outcomes.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The golden thread which traces throughout my coaching journey is an inner drive to relentlessly pursue high performance. This was borne from the military, deepened competing on the international Ultra Trail World Tour circuit and diversified in a thirst for knowledge through the Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivation (iWAM) psychometric tool, Analytic-Network Coach® and mBIT®  (multiple Brain Integration Techniques) coach accreditation.

The Top Performance Coaches performance coach

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I work with leaders to elevate their practice of leadership in 3 key dimensions, Self, Tribe & World, so they can Inspire, influence, and have impact. So they too, can be a leading possibility. In particular, I focus on the development of leadership coaching capability in large organizations, creating the opportunity for leaders to scale their leadership, building the capability to lead significant change, and activate organizational transformation.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I want to make a difference. To elevate the practice of leadership around the world. That’s the simple truth. I believe that all leaders have a clear and primary responsibility to develop more leaders. So I continue to learn and grow, and specifically and deliberately develop my own thinking on leadership, so that I always have more to offer the people I work with. Creating a long term partnership is based on value. I need to keep providing that so the people I work with benefit, and in turn create opportunity and growth for the leaders around them.

I believe so strongly that every leader can create a positive work legacy through my no B.S. approach to coaching that I put my skin in the game by basing my compensation solely on the success of my clients in reaching their stated goals. They don’t succeed, I don’t get paid. This level of commitment on my part creates an equally strong commitment to success on the part of my clients.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach is my ability to assist my clients in recognizing their blind spots and then developing processes that stop them from creating patterns of self-destructive behavior.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I’ve spent my career helping professionals uncover their natural patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior and leveraging those natural patterns into strengths. As a result, my clients walk away feeling clearer on who they are and where they’re best able to contribute. Essentially, I help clients answer the question: what can you contribute to the world that 10,000 others would struggle to bring? I also use employee listening and experiential data to help organizations identify and close gaps in their employee experience. I help leaders become the boss people want to work for.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Prior to founding Lifted Leadership, I worked as an Organizational Psychologist and People Scientist for firms like Gallup, Deloitte, Culture Amp, and Qualtrics. This background has given me the ability to use data and science to help leaders achieve their goals based upon practices that actually work–not just things that sound good. I also had the honor to study under Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the co-founder of Positive Psychology and the first researcher to recognize and name the mental state of flow—the optimal experience of total engagement.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

The mastery of energy is a core principle in my program. By mastering our emotional, physical, and spiritual energy we can do anything we want in this world. I believe, and coach through, the principle that success does not require sacrifice, it requires perspective. I guide my clients through a unique neural rewiring experience that helps them master their input and output of energy. The outcome is a perspective shift that unlocks their highest levels of performance, awareness, presence, and fulfillment.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The number one thing that has contributed to my success has been hiring a coach. In total transparency, I hired a few that did not work out as I hoped. Once I found the perfect coach for me, it unlocked so much in my business, my skill set, and my life. My belief is that being an avid learner is the single most important thing we can do as coaches. This not only requires us to sharpen our skillsets daily but also hiring people that can help us see our blind spots.

The Top Performance Coaches performance coach

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My coaching is wholistic and focuses on the total person, working from the inside out through awareness, mental flexibility through proprietary techniques, discovery of acquired skills and knowledge, and the structured, strategic and systematic application of a process that results in personal mastery. This leads to self-awareness, mental and emotional presence, the ability to face challenges with a positive attitude, and increasing results while reducing stress. Overall, it installs a state of well-being that radiates in all interactions and relationships.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

All my life, I have been blessed with coaches and mentors in business and in sports who taught me how to create the best possible outcomes using my strengths and acquired abilities. Four basic principles were: listening to understand how a person feels; giving positive feedback to boost confidence; challenge people in their area of strengths; and being a cheerleader to encourage people to be the best they can be. I developed a deep belief that people are fundamentally good and want to do well. It’s a recipe that has served me and my clients excessively well.

The Top Performance Coaches performance coach

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Over the last 15 years I have assisted hundreds of professionals to improve their performance. During this time, I have seen that there are 3 main challenges professionals face. They must develop the structure and systems to achieve the required results. They need the strategies to manage increasing levels of stress. And they require the right skills to consistently create win-win outcomes for all. I offer frameworks that can be implemented to solve these problems.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing for me has been how I have been able to interpret and incorporate my own life experience into an actionable coaching approach, that is forward thinking but underpinned by the traditional foundational coaching models. I have seen first hand how focusing on solutions, devising and implementing the right strategies, and taking action enables our lives to become more satisfying. My mission is to help individuals achieve their personal version of success without work-life balance being negatively impacted.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I help Athletes, Entrepreneurs, and Working Class Professionals perform at higher levels consistently over a long period of time. My coaching is based on high performance principles and human psychology used to help them develop higher levels of self-awareness and an assortment of mental fitness benefits. This helps them enhance their ability to self-actualize their situations and understand high performance techniques and drivers to use towards the outcomes they desire.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is being relatable. Having first hand experiences of the struggles, failures, and issues on the road to success within high performance makes each teaching moment more authentic. Everyone’s journey throughout life shares common highs and lows which define who we are. When we compare our obstacles, we are able to develop the value of each crosspoint, adding credibility to each lesson thus understanding high performance a little better.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Winning at the highest level isn’t complicated. It requires that a person knows what he or she wants, and then puts into practice the skills and tools to consistently execute on the most important daily actions. Doing so causes success to become inevitable. I help individuals learn how to use their minds to unlock hidden potential, stop making excuses, and attack relentlessly. My approach may not be terribly sexy, but it is flat out effective.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I eat my own cooking. My coaching practice isn’t about self-promotion or marketing. I spend the majority of my time, focus, and energy researching best practices on helping people find true balance, happiness, and improved performance. Everything I teach is based on the empirical evidence of what works at the highest level. I never ask my clients to do anything that I don’t personally practice myself. I assure you it has worked for me, and it will work for you.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I help high-achieving female CEOs prioritize their wellbeing, become more effective leaders, and access their full potential, so they can achieve their biggest goals and lead a more fulfilling life. Entrepreneurship was instilled in me at a very young age by my dad, grandfather, and great grandfather: three generations of entrepreneurs before me.

After earning my dual master’s degrees in business psychology and coaching, I fell even deeper into love with the entrepreneurial world. I was inspired to help entrepreneurs run their businesses more efficiently and help their teams operate at peak performance — without sacrificing their health and wellbeing.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is continuously surrounding myself with like-minded entrepreneurs who serve as a source of inspiration and empowerment in my life. No matter how much education or experience we have, it’s essential to surround ourselves with other individuals who strive to make a positive difference in the world.

This coaching delivers a laser-focused, time-proven, clarifying process that enables you to harness your unique innate value, identify objectives and dreams, and guides your steps to materialize exactly what you aim for. Using the impactful strategic tools, my clients break through old patterns and thrive through challenges. They build strong relationships, beyond fighting for validity to excelling personal value. They lead with the clarity and vision that empowers others and anchors the strength and goodness of our humanity.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Working as assistant for 7 years alongside Dr. Natalie Rogers (daughter/colleague of Dr. Carl Rogers) in her Person-Centered Therapy trainings in Europe set the trajectory for my work in this field.

My conviction, and time-proven experience, that when an individual is heard, and feels seen, in their inner most experience of themselves, deep healing takes place, true potential is tapped and life-long barriers and limiting beliefs dissolve. This shift from to a clear experience of one’s impeccable value changes everything, permanently.

It is an honor to facilitate and witness such unfolding.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My mission is to help people and organizations thrive through leadership development programs based on organizational psychology, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral and positive psychology approaches to help clients break down patterns of behavior that do not serve them well. I leverage communication and organizational relationship theories in executive coaching to help leaders have authentic conversations that empower them and others to succeed.  This helps leaders to reflect on and adapt their behavior by experimenting with new narratives, interrupting old patterns, and expanding their mental models. And stress management builds resilient individuals and organizations that are adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is leadership development programs centered around the premise that consistent, systematic, programmatic habits are needed to drive long-term behavioral change. The Leadership Challenge provides insight into how leaders view themselves, how others view them, and what actions they can take to improve their effectiveness. Taming the Sabertooth digs deeper into the topics of cultivating trust, increasing productivity, overcoming fear to drive innovation, and leading effectively through change. Sharpen the Saw enables leaders to build behavioral intelligence and create a culture of empowerment and accountability that inspires their teams to bring their best every day.
