I was struggling 20 years ago, I had been made redundant for the second time. I was fed up with my day job, the endless commuting and office politics, the general stress and feeling like “what’s the point?”. “What is my purpose”, or simply what can I do to feel happier! I happened to pick up a copy of Psychology magazine one day and I read an article on how to nourish yourself written by a life coach. I knew straight away that I wanted to be one! I wanted to help someone after I fixed myself. I then qualified after 2 years of tireless study feeling fully empowered and prepared to help others. It is an honour to be able to touch someone else’s life, to change their futures and to hear their most private thoughts. A privilege I don’t take lightly. For me, every story is unique and I analyse each one differently, using different techniques that will work best for each individual. I listen attentively, understanding from the perspective of my clients in a bid to understand the scenario from their point of view.
