What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Unlike traditional business coaching, I intertwine the pursuit of industry success with the journey of inner exploration. My methodology, deeply embedded in sustainability and conscious living, empowers entrepreneurs to align their business strategies with their core values and the greater good—regardless of their industry. This holistic perspective promotes not just financial growth, but also personal fulfillment and a lasting impact on the world. My coaching transcends the conventional, making it a transformative experience.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
At the heart of my success is my commitment to authenticity and transformation. My intuitive coaching framework, which harmonizes entrepreneurial ambitions with personal values and societal well-being, has been instrumental in helping to drive lasting, sustainable success for my clients. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I support coaches, leaders and teams to move from the uncertainty of our rapidly changing, culturally complex world to the clarity, focus, confidence and innovation needed to unlock potential so all can live in prosperity and peace (my vision). My culturally intelligent approach leads to increased impact more quickly, with clients who “feel completely heard and understood, resulting in more confidently achieving goals and vision;” cited in “The Question that Changes Everything” Forbes. With my big picture, systemic approach, my centered listening and honest, compassionate truth telling, trust and fresh perspectives are quickly generated.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My coaching clients and mentees appreciate my “peaceful presence, creating a safe space to explore” and “great belief in each member’s capability as coaches, this is encouraging;” resulting in increased confidence while advancing their coaching as well as ICF Credential; even attaining MCC after being told by a previous mentor that they could not.
Because cultural intelligence is expected in our global, diverse environment and now by ICF, my mentees discover how to unlock their and their clients’ full potential and prosperity while differentiating themselves in the marketplace with leading edge CQ, which was not part of most’s original training.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
A strong belief in the potential of my clients and authentic care for the world we live in and the impact we can have on it. It is this belief and care that brought me to a lifelong learning journey as a coach, trainer, and human being. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I have a true passion for coaching – this has been my calling for the past 20 years and I have recorded over 4500 coaching hours. As a Master Certified Coach, I am one of just 4% of ICF coaches worldwide to achieve this credential. I thrive in cross-cultural environments which allows me to work in highly diverse and global environments. In the Middle East I have provided ICF accredited training to over 1200 aspiring coaches and leaders to build a “coaching movement” in the region and we offer bilingual training in English and Arabic for even greater inclusion. I have partnered with a police force in the UAE to develop a coaching culture – a first in EMEA.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My clients and mentees tell me that I have a unique ability to harness the potential in others – to see it; to encourage it and to grow it. I create high levels of trust and safety with individuals and groups to inspire transformation. This social intelligence allows me to partner with clients in a way that motivates them to achieve extraordinary results. I consistently channel this coaching mindset in my work with others and in organizations while also challenging myself to evolve and grow as a coach.
Trevor Young
Trevor Young (aka ‘PR Warrior’) is a battle-hardened communications and personal branding strategist & coach. An established blogger and two-time published author, Trevor hosts the long-running podcast Reputation Revolution, and is founder of Credible Authority Academy, an online training community that aims to help entrepreneurs and experts become leading, influential voices within their industry. Trevor has co-founded three agency businesses, selling two and merging another with the world’s biggest PR firm.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I help entrepreneurs and subject matter leaders elevate their professional profile, build their authority, and grow their influence in the marketplace in a way that’s strategic, sustainable and respectful. I eschew the quick-hit way of doing things. My approach represents a balance between strategy and long-term, bigger picture thinking, together with strong emphasis on execution and experimentation. Underpinning this approach is a proprietary planning framework I’ve developed over a period of years – the ‘Credible Authority Method’ – which is built around four pillars: (a) mindset and positioning (b) content and channels (c) amplification and endorsement and (d) commercialization and opportunity.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My many years of experience in the trenches consulting, educating and ‘doing’ gives me an edge when it comes to coaching. I don’t just preach from on-high. I’ve been where my clients are: I’ve done the work, and continue to do so. Indeed, I never ask my clients to do anything I haven’t already done, or wouldn’t be prepared to do myself. This, in turn, helps me to better understand and be empathetic of their situation. It also gives me the confidence to challenge them to think bigger and push themselves beyond their comfort zone if need be.
Lyssa Dehart
Hey there! I’m Lyssa I wasn’t always an author, a Master Certified Coach, an Executive and Whole Life Coach, or even an ICF Certified Mentor Coach. At one point, I had a thriving therapy practice supporting hundreds of clients. My work focused on individuals, couples, and families in the middle of big changes, in need of developing tools.
As you can imagine, this work was rewarding. Yet, I found myself struggling with the view of mental health through the lens of the medical model. There was more to my clients’ health and happiness than a correct diagnosis. I wanted to support them to not only become more functional but to develop into the awesome people they were capable of becoming.
