What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I understand and embody the mindset of an adrenaline-seeking athlete and the ever-evolving student of spiritual growth. I reside in Park City, Utah, where downhill mountain biking, snowboarding, and kundalini yoga are all my most favourite flow states. I understand those who crave to live a life of adventure and depth. My coaching is direct, efficient, and transpersonal. The mind, body, spirit connection is at the core of my coaching. I have found that subconscious mind training (hypnosis) works best when combined with conscious mind training (meditation) which creates an integrative successful model that continues to excite me.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The ever-evolving modern understanding of neuroscience, neuroplasticity, in conjunction with the huge bodies of knowledge that make up hypnosis studies, has contributed to my success as a coach. Additionally, I feel my success has also stemmed from living and experimenting with my own mindset, performance, and flow states. I’m grateful for hypnosis for giving me a life of empowerment, freedom, excitement, joy, abundance, adventure, health, and a lot of fun. I want that for others, as I know how impacting it becomes on society as a whole. Individual self-growth never stops with the self. It impacts their families, their jobs, their communities, and beyond.
Elisa Di Napoli
Elisa Di Napoli Is a mindset coach, hypnotherapist and NLP master practitioner with a background in music, acting, philosophy, and comparative religion. She is also the best-selling author of the book and online course Dare to Be Seen, which helps artists and speakers command the stage, magnify their presence and defeat stage nerves. She specialises in helping artists find a way forward, get their project going or figure out how to turn their creative, artistic or performance skills into a new venture.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching is supported by hypnotic techniques as well as neuroscience and NLP principles. My approach is pluralistic and holistic, embracing science and spirituality in equal measure. My methods are informed by Positive Psychology, Solution Focused psychotherapy, Buddhist Philosophy and Esoteric Western practices such as the Enneagram and Psychological Tarot. I use creativity and intuition to provide an individually tailored path to create results fast.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I draw from a multitude of training accumulated in 20 years of practice as a coach and therapist. Where other coaches get stuck I use hypnosis to help clients get past stubborn obstacles lodged in the subconscious. I am not afraid to be challenging and direct when needed and focus on practical solutions rather than problems. In particular my book and original coaching systems “Dare to Be Seen” and “Kickstart Your Creative Project” are specifically designed to shift performance anxiety and stage fright into excitement and to turn ideas into real finished creative projects.

inspirational stories on stages from London to NYC to LA.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Charles possesses a powerful combination of skills, gifts and abilities that set him apart from other of types of coaches. As a HypnoCoach, he creates a customized HypnoCoaching program for each of his 1-on-1 VIP clients that supports them on both the conscious and subconscious levels of their mind. He added Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to his “coaching toolbox” 4 years ago and it was a total game-changer for him and his clients. Charles curates a 3, 6, 9 or 12-month HypnoCoaching program for each client and leads them in 1 60-90 minute coaching call 4 weeks each month and, once a month, the client has a powerful RTT Hypnotherapy session with him, which brings the most impactful results.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I’d say the wonderful success I’ve achieved is a direct reflection of the beautiful results that my clients receive through our work together. The work that I do is very sacred to me and each client knows they have a safe
space to do the kind of work they’ve never done before. And so, the single most valuable thing that contributes to the expansion of Divine Spark Coaching, is my depth of faith; knowing that, as a 9/11 survivor and cancer
thriver, each time I work with a client, speak on a stage, create a video, work on my book, meditate, pray or add a new skill to my Coaching Toolbox, I am putting to Divine Purpose, all of the incredibly painful experiences
I’ve gone through and transforming them into light,
healing and blessings for others.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I support entrepreneurs and executives who stand in the way of their own professional or personal expansion and desire to be rapidly guided away from the status quo.
They’re self-aware and recognize that despite their best efforts, including attending seminars and courses, something is still blocking them; they’re not quite where they want to be.
Then, together, we create moments of absolute clarity, power and confidence that allow them to break free of their limitations and leap forward. It’s about uncovering unconscious biases that stand in their way and acquiring long-lasting, pervasive beliefs that propel them beyond their current limitations.
Close to 95% of my clients meet or exceed their goals and become well-equipped with tools they can use for the rest of their lives.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that’s contributed to the success of my hypno coaching practice is my focus on tangible results. This is what I’m most known for. My made-to-order approach is all about going deep to make key transformations. This is also true for my group program, Hypno 360, which focuses on the 4 pillars of life: career, love, finance, and health, and the QUEEN B program, Season Your Life.

Shannon currently resides in Orlando, Florida, where she spends her time enjoying the sun, reading books, and helping others where she can.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching uses various modalities like Hypnosis, NLP, and Somatics to help someone accomplish their goals as fast as possible. This approach allows someone to engage the power of their subconscious mind which is where true change can take place.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has added to my success is always continuing to grow through training, educations, and conferences. Human psychology research is always happening and important to constantly learn new techniques and skills that can help clients. Learning should never stop in this line of work, the combination of this and passion for client success is a great formula for a successful business.
Stuart Thompson
Stuart Thompson is a coach who focuses on anxiety. Stuart originally trained as a social worker but has been in private practice for almost 20 years. Stuart is the creator of the STILL Method a coaching program created to help children and adults overcome anxiety and build confidence. Stuart has trained coaches in 7 countries and the STILL Method continues to grow with programs running in schools globally.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My focus is on helping my clients demystify the journey from anxiety to optimism and confidence. I think the “self-help” industry has been dominated for such a long time by gurus and big bold characters that can feel intimidating to ordinary people. I aim to make my work accessible, user friendly and fun. The STILL Method was created from a drive to help people live a life that was no longer impacted by anxiety.
I grew up with a disease that meant I could break bones incredibly easily and never grow much over 3 feet. I looked very different from my peers. For a while, this meant I became fearful and afraid of risks. I was lucky I realised that each of the things I was afraid of brought with it an opportunity. I worked hard to turn that fear into excitement about the experiences that lie ahead. Then spent my career learning how to empower others to do the same.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I think there are two ways to answer this, understanding CBT and NLP helped me learn how people can gain control over thoughts and emotions. This was the very first catalyst that lead to the creation of my own coaching model. But, if I’m honest the driver behind my success is my belief that everyone deserves a life rich with opportunities and not a life burdened by fear or self-doubt. When I realised that my coaching had the power to help people find that within themselves, was the moment I decided to be unstoppable.
Caroline Jago
Caroline graduated from London Hypnotherapy Academy with the Rising Star Award for Outstanding Achievement and has been running a busy nationwide practice ever since due to her reputation and 5-star reviews on several platforms. In addition to the Academy’s diploma, she has undertaken the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma which is licensed by the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH)
As a former professional musician, she is especially interested in helping those in the creative and sports arenas to reach their true potential. This could be to overcome stage fright, let go of negative limiting beliefs, or to remain focused in order to succeed. With her in-depth understanding of performance anxiety, she can also help others who have a fear of public speaking, presentation or exam nerves.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Combining hypnotherapy and coaching enables me to provide a fully ‘holistic’ service; enabling clients to resolve any issues from their past which may be preventing them from moving forward in their lives, whilst also assisting them on a practical level. All therapy sessions are tailored to suit individual clients. Depending on your needs, I can combine coaching with solution-focused hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I am trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, and NLP Coaching. I have also undertaken further training in areas including depression, anxiety, and specific mental health conditions. Having such broad knowledge and experience allows me to rapidly resolve client issues with flexibility; adapting proven techniques to each unique individual, rather than applying a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Alana Belik
Alana Belik is a multiple award-winning therapist, coach, and teacher. Over the past 2 decades, she has layered her education in many different hypnosis techniques, neuroscience, therapeutic, and coaching modalities. Perhaps her greatest training ground was her unconventional upbringing. Alana became extraordinarily adept, early on, in navigating change and diversity.
Her parents fostered and adopted children who had been removed from dangerously abusive situations. As such, the young Alana developed a compassionate, non-judgmental outlook and wisdom beyond her years through relating to an array of different personalities with accompanying issues, varied backgrounds, and cultures.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I have embraced a completely client-centred approach, going into every session with new ears and eyes, without an agenda or strategy. This allows me to be open to perceiving the nuances and individuality of each person with whom I share space. I have eschewed the conventional wisdom of creating a niche or following, and know that my clients feel the authenticity and transparency of our sacred client/therapist coach relationship.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I firmly believe that the single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a therapist, coach and teacher is my single-minded, almost laser-like focus on client and student success above all else. I always hold a clear vision of my clients being exactly whomever it is that they want to be and doing whatever is it that they want to do. That unwavering faith in them is not only powerful but absolutely necessary. All positive intentional change begins with clarity and conviction.
