What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I work with leaders to elevate their practice of leadership in 3 key dimensions, Self, Tribe & World, so they can Inspire, influence, and have impact. So they too, can be leading possibility. In particular, I focus on the development of leadership coaching capability in large organisations, creating the opportunity for leaders to scale their leadership, building the capability to lead significant change, and activate organisational transformation.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I want to make a difference. To elevate the practice of leadership around the world. That’s the simple truth. I believe that all leaders have a clear and primary responsibility to develop more leaders. So I continue to learn and grow, and specifically and deliberately develop my own thinking on leadership, so that I always have more to offer the people I work with. Creating a long term partnership is based on value. I need to keep providing that so the people I work with benefit, and in turn create opportunity and growth for the leaders around them.

The Top Leadership Coaches Leadership Coaches

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I emphasize the whole person approach to coaching (Body, Brain and Being)  MY coaching strives to create transformational experiences for the client from deep listening, a presence of connection and an embodiment of client centered opportunity for reflection, insight, inspiration, and discovery.  I love coaching those who might be” up to big things” and motivated to create what it is they want and who they need to become to realize their intentions.  Coaching conversations are a unique space (whether in person, on video conference, or phone where the client can think what they have not thought before, say what they have not said, and dream out loud with a committed listener.

This happens through the practice of inquiry, leading to new insight and inspiration, then actions that move to the future the client wants in their live, personally and professionally.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My willingness to keep learning, be curious, eschew judgment and interpretation of my clients wants and desired change.  I, through coaching, am a conduit for new learning, leading to new actions, and new changes.  My background in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology has blended into methods and my own way of  being present that allows this all to happen

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I approach coaching conversations with a signature style – Bold with Grace. In doing so, I support a new generation of leaders and teams to challenge the status quo, get out of their own way; to step up, show up and live their highest potential. I foster the conditions for real conversations, dialogues that empower high potential leaders and teams align on their most important goals, outcomes, and values. We work together to cultivate creativity and resilience from within and across multiple facets of life.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I am purpose-driven. I believe that, more often than not, life is simpler than we make it out to be. Emergent from this belief is a working philosophy and mission:

“Fostering essential conversations that disrupt workplace complacency. Getting to the heart of what really matters.”

Where there is conflict, I cultivate a brave space for people to be able to speak openly and freely. Where there is misalignment, I listen to share observations that help people think even more deeply about what they are already thinking about. Where there is chaos, I help people to slow down, to connect to what’s most important allowing them to connect the dots in a more impactful way.

The Top Leadership Coaches Leadership Coaches

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I developed the Shadow Coaching® methodology based on Jung’s Shadow Archetype. My Shadow Coaching® methodology is a unique blend of coaching psychology that combines 3 pillars of human / organizational interaction; human systems, their personal operating system, organizational systems, the systems by which an organization supports its people and mandate, and organizational behavior such as culture and values. This integrated approach creates systems-based change that is incredibly powerful. To that I bring an extensive background of Crisis Intervention Stress Management, Design Thinking, Awareness-Based Systems Change and Conflict Resolution to deal with any roadblocks to individual and organizational growth and success.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Getting results: Quickly, powerfully and sustainably. The power of presence — working with clients in real time through volatility and turbulence — change is immediate and sustainable. I help clients become reflective practitioners — to be able to dance in real time with whatever unfolds. Teaching them how I do what I do, to take a deep dive into their behavior and reactions, increases their self-awareness so they feel coached 24 / 7. They become more of who they are. Because of that, word of mouth referrals and recommendations are the best indicator of the success of my practice.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Our Leveling Up approach guides leaders to build their mental muscles and opportunity mindset to co-create equitable and belonging organizational climates and cultures where they and their teams thrive. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I incorporate highly cognitive approaches with somatic grounding and meditation, which allows me to facilitate the creation of an integrated life vision. I help leaders incorporate all the foundational facets (e.g., health, work, family, friends, fun, beliefs, achievement, etc.) into a holistic life instead of seeing each aspect as a separate part that must be balanced and juggled. From my Innovation work with organizations, I adapt and optimize proven business innovation concepts and frameworks to make personal achievement, self-mastery, and business success accessible for everyone looking to change their reality and create their optimal life.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The most important thing is seeing each person as unique with their own reality that they want to expand or modify – whether it is achieving a goal, doubling their salary, finding a life partner, or breaking an unwanted habit. There is no one-size-fits-all. Deep listening and understanding the underlying thoughts allow me to select the most effective modality for that person to create their desired transformation. My innovation and strategy work with businesses in many fields has empowered me to create original content for personal development and achievement.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I help people learn how to rewire the default tendencies holding them back from success and fulfillment. By providing leaders with a safe space to explore their skills and fine-tune their leadership styles, I help them navigate the pitfalls of work/life integration and effective leadership in authentic and relatable ways.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

When attending The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), I learned how to stay separate from a client’s story allowing me to help them be more strategic in navigating their impact as a leader while also celebrating the wins they often overlook themselves. This detached involvement permits me to be empathetic while helping the client view situations from multiple perceptions to find what best supports them.

Using her World-Class Coaching education and decades of relationship development, Lisa provides purpose and direction to unfulfilled professionals and female founders to have the life and career that they wildly love.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I am a firm believer that the reason only 5% of coaches make a full time living from coaching is that they are severely undersupported in both business operations and emotional resilience. The single most important factor to my success was continuously seeking and creating a robust, curated community of mentors, advisors, accountability-buddies, champions, and cheerleaders around me. Who we choose to to surround ourselves with, and what we mentally/emotionally/energetically receive, matters infinitely to our success and happiness.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I approach my collaborations using a design-thinking, strengths-based, and whole-person approach to challenge leaders and emerging leaders to rethink how they see themselves, their organizations, and the world. My coaching is based on evidence-based practices in the social and behavioral sciences that help clients to transform themselves, not merely to identify and implement tactical strategies. I help leaders to stop leading by default and start leading by design. Leadership is personal, so if you’re unwilling to take a hard look at yourself first, you’ll limit your ability to reach your potential and to lead effectively.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Being a professional social worker has most significantly contributed to my success as a coach. It’s helped me to be transilient and has differentiated me from most coaches. I first discovered coaching in my Master of Social Work program at the University of Southern California, and earning my Doctor of Social Work degree in Social Change and Innovation (also at USC) provided me with expertise in executive leadership. As a professional social worker, I am well qualified to advocate for, support, and develop members of marginalized groups as leaders, and to develop better allies to support these communities.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Having spent the last 10 years coaching extraordinary humans, Suzie has spotted patterns in human behaviour and missing foundations that impact performance.  Research also backs up what she has found.  Hence, when working with her, she will work with you around securing your foundations and bringing a steadfast belief in human potential.  Her previous clients have said if you’re going to work with suzie, be ready for an incredible journey that will grow your self-awareness and make what you might have thought impossible become a reality. ‘I never thought I would be walking from one side of Australia to another until I met’ said an executive!

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I am a brilliant and serious dyslexic and having family around me that believed I could do anything when experts told me I could not, this had me falling in love with human potential which I take into my coaching space.  Due to struggling with reading and writing I know what heard really feels like, I am a brilliant failure and I know how to work really heard.  I also learnt to be a really good listener and questionnaire as this was the only way I could really access learning and information gaining.  Pair this with love of learning and humans and I know I’m in the place I was put on this earth to be.

Jay Hidalgo is a business and leadership coach, helping executives improve their leadership, develop their teams, and grow their companies. Throughout his career, he’s had the privilege to coach and consult companies such as Herman Miller, Michelin, General Motors, Medtronic, NCR, Toshiba, Rubbermaid, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Haworth, and Pitney Bowes.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Jay Hidalgo was once told, “You have a mind for business and a heart for seeing people succeed.” His approach is straightforward: Using the GROW model, he helps the company or individual become aware of their current state; identify where they are able to go; then create and implement the right strategic process and framework to get there. Serving as a guide, his coaching and facilitation yields practical (not just theoretical) tools that lead to growth, transformation, measurable results.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is to believe and live out this truth: Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment. In the “get all you can while the getting’s good” culture we live in, this approach to business development seems backwards. But experience has proven that it’s effective. It leads to long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships. It leads to success.

My mission is to help humans meet and exceed their highest potential, so I bring everything to my work. I combine my professional and life experience with my coaching experience plus extensive and outside-the-box training. I’ve studied improv, leadership, emotional intelligence, had unconscious bias training, and am certified in PTSD and Trauma (because unresolved trauma is everywhere). I use emotions as a guidance system, and my unique cross-industry activation techniques to work across backgrounds. This is why I can help clients from diverse backgrounds — including military leaders, junior executives, and women in the C-Suite.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My greatest gifts are resilience and empathy. Becoming resilient taught me that getting knocked down is part of the process, and it doesn’t matter as long as you keep standing back up. I know this in my bones and speak it from lived experience. I’ve also learned it’s not enough to have empathy for others. You need self-empathy, too. You need a belief in yourself so unshakeable that nothing can knock you off your game. Because in the long run, it doesn’t matter how big your title, degree, or bank account is — what matters is how your experiences shape you.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My superpower is helping people better understand.  Better understand their work.  Better understand each other. And better understand themselves.  I help leaders get clear about their values and core beliefs related to leadership and then support them in putting those values and beliefs into action.  This, coupled with an emphasis on Mental Fitness, sets my clients up to deliver amazing impact at all levels of the organization.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Critical to my success is a belief that all my clients are already awesome – I simply facilitate their discovery of that awesomeness and how they want to use it in their professional lives.  The tools and experience I’ve picked up along my own journey come into play, but ultimately, change and growth is incumbent on the client using their innate talents and gifts to achieve their full potential.

This gives my clients a holistic approach to solving their problems and enriching all aspects of their life.

Her practice draws heavily on her original work, with an emphasis on defining a vision, engaging allies and honing a distinctive leadership presence. She also works with male executives seeking to become more effective leaders for women and create more inclusive cultures.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I draw from my original work, which has been instrumental in defining both women’s strengths and the habits that can hold them back from achieving their full potential, and the practices of inclusive leadership. Because I’m trained in Stakeholder Centered Coaching, I focus on helping leaders build the relationships that help them achieve their goals rather than trying to get there on their own.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

As Jo Miller put it, developing as a leader is not about  changing yourself, it’s about  becoming yourself. I believe successful leadership starts with leading oneself through increased self-awareness. I guide people in leveraging the abundant potential that already exists within them and support them in connecting to their purpose, their values and their unique strengths. I help them dissolve limiting beliefs that are getting in the way so they can lead with greater vision, increase their impact and leave the world better than they found it.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Coaching is the sweet spot where my passion, my values, my natural gifts and talents, my education and my experience align. I have an innate hunger for learning and a deep curiosity about how our minds work and I simply love what I do and do it with great passion. I can’t think of a better, more meaningful way to be in service than enabling people to thrive. None of it would be possible without the fantastic trainers, guides and mentors I’ve had along the way and my wonderful clients who trust me to walk alongside them.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I believe in working for RESULTS and therefore, I emphasise the golden word “WHY” to have clarity before beginning to work.  I strongly believe that when we know our “Why” (Purpose), how (PoA) becomes easier. It is a powerful question to make people think and become serious about what they intend to do.

I work with this concept of “WHY” (the Purpose) followed by the Action, and help people unlock their true potential to achieve their desired result; be it creating an impact and significance, achieving personal success or transforming the lives of others.  A strong sense of Purpose will drive them to ACT and ACTION creates RESULT.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is the “transformation” that I would love to see in people when I work with them. In order to achieve this, I follow Coaching principles – building a good rapport with my clients.  Also, I have developed an Integrated approach for certain coaching programs.  My programs are intensive and purpose-driven to help individuals to seek self-actualisation.

For more info visit www.indroneil.com.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Indroneil’s coaching practice is born out of the principals of Human Alchemy© – a discipline derived from ancient Indian wisdom that magically moves man from his ‘baser’ existence, by dissolving his fears and fear-led beliefs, to reclaim the awesome ‘nobility’ that he is innately blessed with by virtue of being human, to live an inspired life of limitlessness. It bridges the ‘vicious’ world to the ‘virtuous’ world – that co-exists in a figure of eight – affording smooth passage from the former to the latter.

Indroneil, in course of his two decades of journey as a transformational enabler, has innovated several frameworks and models for enabling human transformation, for example the Hourglass Model, which assures predictability of outcome and repeatability of the process.

Indroneil’s coaching is different from that  of others not because of the ‘what’ (the content), the ‘how’ (the process) but because of the ‘who’ (the charismatic presence of the coach) and ‘why (the context) that he brings in.

E.g: “I support leaders to develop a powerful Executive Presence in 180 days. My Coaching is based on neuroscience principles and I extensively use the Positive Intelligence approach to help leaders build a strong emotional intelligence and mental fitness. This helps them enhance their overall ability to build strong relationships and influence others leading to a powerful Executive Presence.”

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that has contributed to Indroneil’s success as a coach is his objectivity, the fierce focus on enabling the desired outcome, and causing business / contextual impact.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

As a first-generation immigrant first in Australia and then the US, I realized that unless I claim my own space as the fullest expression of myself, I won’t be a good coach. The biases are a given; my work was therefore to become expansive, aspired, aligned and driven; that way the ones biases had little impact on me. When I learned to be in this space and coach from here; I could help others claim their space. That they don’t play small. That all the gremlins that come in the way of stepping into their light, shrink. That has been my magical power.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My journey!

The fact that I worked as an engineer in India, US and Australia and then Engineering Manager and Director for a Fortune 50 company; has brought in triumphs, challenges that I have overcome, things that I have learned from. I had to learn fast and adapt. I moved into a brand-new field and became an expert and was teaching those to the entire company.

I bring all of me to my coaching. People experience that genuineness, compassion, deep listening, curiosity, resilience and love. And that brings success.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I partner with aspiring and current women leaders to develop their solid leadership presence in 120 days. Women have very different experiences than men do on the road to leadership success. Women lead differently and learn differently. My cutting-edge women’s leadership coaching program: Purpose, Passion and Presence for Women Rising™ is designed by me and it is for women to specifically address the unique leadership challenges women face. My program is not about fitting in to old, outdated leadership norms, instead it’s about standing out with a signature leadership presence that is authentic, powerful, and feminine.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I have worked as a corporate executive in predominantly male-led organizations. The single most important thing that has contributed to my success is that I know what it’s like to not feel solid, to not fit in and to not be recognized as a leader because women bring a different and much needed leadership presence to the table that has traditionally been undervalued and ignored. This experience coupled with my research with women leaders from around the world is why my women’s leadership coaching program is so popular because through word of mouth it resonates with women and gets results.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The relationships I have built over the years have been the signal most important contribution to my coaching. “With great relationships, there is trust. Where there is trust, there is empowerment. Where there is empowerment, there is ownership. Where there is ownership, there is motivation. Where there is motivation, there is creativity, and risk-taking, and problem-solving, and resilience, and, ultimately, success.”

Mark Fechner

Mark is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation since 2014

He specializes in Business Relationships with an emphasis on the Finance of the
business. Mark believes that the focus and direction of a company is critical to successfully
lead an organization. Equally important is understanding the numbers of the business, or its

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Mark is equally comfortable with the aspirational side of a coaching engagement as well as
the financial. There needs to be a balance between both sides to create a successful
strategy to lead an organization to the next level of success. Mark can help the CEO or
business owner create a clear direction for the organization, create a clear message as to
what that direction and purpose is and finally a clear picture of how those objectives will be
financed.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Mark’s ability to improvise during a coaching session is what distinguishes him from other
coaches. He uses the conversation in the moment to fully engage with the client to help
them reach new insights into their business. Also, Mark takes the accumulated training from
iPEC, the Center for Executive Coaching, and 30 years of experience as a business owner,
and creates unique, customized solutions for every client. No two client challenges are the
same and so the solutions should be unique. Finally, the client’s agenda is always top of
mind, whether the discussion is about company direction, finances, or personal struggles.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I support leaders as they confidently integrate who they are with how they lead. My coaching philosophy is grounded in Energy Leadership principles and constructs of Positive Psychology to help leaders feel confident when making and communicating decisions and strategies. This helps them increase self-awareness, advocate for their ideas or plans, and influence others from a place of strength.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Throughout my professional life, I found myself partnering with and coaching those who are what I call Introverted Skeptics. Recognizing the powers and the pitfalls of this hybrid of personality traits, I help them integrate who they are as leaders with how they communicate, make decisions, and interact with others in their organization. My curiosity about how things all fit together goes beyond the inner workings of people and into how they interact and influence one another. My questioning spirit comes into my coaching to challenge Introverted Skeptics to value and advocate for the powerful leader within them.
