What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching philosophy is different than that of most because I take the time to actually know the person before the athlete. I have both soft skills and hard technical skills revolving around strength and conditioning implementation.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most critical thing that has led to my success as a coach has been my unwillingness to tolerate complacency both within myself and others. I aspire to be the best on the planet at what I do and settling in my profession isn’t an option for me.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My education, practice, and experience as a Learning Architect ensure that the leadership development processes, pathways, and frameworks I create are grounded in sound organizational learning principles. These well-developed frameworks support the vision, values, and strategy of enterprises across all departments and locations. I coach at all organizational levels within a comprehensive learning framework. With expertise in blended learning methodologies, performance management, and engagement strategies, I develop unique solutions and approaches that strengthen culture, align talent with strategy, and foster individual growth. The coaching I deliver is outcome based and purpose driven. My ability to clearly define the learning pathway enables me to collaborate with clients to achieve desired outcomes.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My inspiration comes from my father and his work. He started as the Youth Development Director for the State of Oregon, where he shifted juvenile agencies from a disciplinary to a developmental focus. He believed, “Our purpose is to serve young people, not punish them.” Through community partnerships, he created pathways that developed life skills and values, leading to mutual success.
Advocating for people to become their best is my deeply held conviction. I believe in the power of personal growth to make the world better and that everyone wants to contribute meaningfully. Sharing my knowledge passionately has been key to my success as a coach.
Betina Gozo

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I am passionate about helping my clients not only get stronger, but to feel good in all aspects of their lives. I know that training doesn’t have to be someone’s life, to be part a big part of their lives. Besides integrating strength into their program, I want them to find other modalities of movement that makes them excited about moving more. I take a holistic approach with a side of empathy, taking time to discover what has brought them to me and everything leading up to that. When client has a more positive attitude from day-to-day and can proudly say they wake up feeling good, that’s when I know I’ve done my job.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I have been such an advocate to “never stop learning” year after year. I love to explore all different modalities and courses so that I can get a better understanding of the body as a whole, so I can outsource to trustworthy professionals when needed. I’ve also never underestimated the power of respect to everyone I’ve worked with. Being in this industry for over 10 years now, I still work with and have strong relationships with people I met 10+ years ago.
Brent Obannon
My life as a coach started at seventeen when I felt a calling to inspire people. I began serving in my church and speaking to our small congregation where I honed my skills as a leader and speaker. Later I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Masters of Behavioral Science.
During this time I married my college sweetheart and now it’s been 35 adventurous years. We launched two adult children and have our 1st grandchild. In 1993, I started a private counseling practice which multiplied to 5 office locations, 13 counselors and more clients than I could handle.
Jason Biggs
I’m a fan of a good long black (with a dash of milk) and a burger. To make sure I don’t look like a burger I exercise too. I’ve worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years, managing teams and marketing brands like NESCAFÉ, KLEENEX and HUGGIES. I like to help people understand why they do what they do and to leverage this to get what they want.
I’m a commercial guy at heart so that means delivering good business outcomes through practical and easily applied tools. I was a boss of people too and wish someone had shown me the stuff I know now. In the last eight years I’ve worked with over 50 organisations from senior leadership teams to front line team leaders, from large organisations to teams of 5, and have coached hundreds of people.
Suresh Mansharamani
I was born in a refugee camp in Maharashtra, started my career with a job of just Rs 300 per month to 300 times oversubscribed IPO in 1995 and my company got listed at Bombay Stock Exchange, followed by a Presidential Award, now a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Business Coach, OKR Coach, and Author of 5 Books. I couldn’t speak and write English when I started my career.
I had no significant education, no capital, no mentor, and no excuse too. I only had my passion, hard work, & total madness. I became a self-made multi-millionaire by the age of 38. My Biggest Failure 2006 we started the online DVD rental business MovieMart.in. It created lots of hype and media coverage, but it failed miserably. We lost a few crores. I worked very, very hard with the “Never Quit” attitude.
Lisa Reynolds
The Strengths Coach® – strengths expert and positive psychology coach to professional people and business owners who are looking to grow and develop personally and professionally. She is also Founder & People Director at Talent Performance, a successful strengths assessment and people development business. “I am truly passionate about helping the world’s leaders, future leaders and entrepreneurial business owners to better understand when, where and how you do your best work. I really believe that you can have success and high earnings WITHOUT sacrificing your health and happiness.
However what I often see is high achievers striving for the next big pay rise or financial milestone, without giving the same amount of time and attention to their health and happiness, leading to feelings of burn out and dissatisfaction. Are you one of these people? I know I certainly was until I started learning about positive psychology.
Now I’ve made it my life’s work to teach high achieving professionals and business owners like you, to use the science of positive psychology to create successful lives in a healthy way. And when times are tough and stressful, I’ll support you through the ‘darker sides’ of life, to stay healthy and resilient. Positive psychology is not about being happy all of the time. It’s about navigating life and all that it brings (even the really tough stuff) in a healthy, meaningful and positive way.”
