There I was, 29 years old with a corporate career at the Prudential, completely loving life and thinking I had it all. The reality was somewhat different. I was absorbed in my career; a mother of two young children; divorced and remarried. I was convinced that I was happy and thought my life was complete but then I woke up!

Up until now my career was my life but eventually my career started to take over and I wasn’t being ‘me’. Surely there was more to me than just my work? I had to be more than this – more than just a mother, more than a daughter, more than someone who’s only thrills came from creating a drama and overspending? Why was I bouncing from one thing to another? Feeling empty, with no emotion, if asked how I was my standard response was ‘I’m fine’. Then at the age of 29 I saw a palm reader, I woke up and my life changed forever.

As a life coach and an eternal learner of life, I am deeply curious about all aspects of being, from mind, body and soul. Graduating with an honors degree in Applied Biochemical Sciences, I launched my career as a Scientist working in a laboratory during the era where computer automation was just taking off.

Curiosity and my pioneering spirit led me to combine my scientific experience with a post graduate diploma in Computer Systems. My coaching aims to make people understand their ‘Feeling sense’.Feelings are the primary indicators of how connected one is to their soul.If one is feeling uninspired/unhappy in their lives,it generally indicates that they are ignoring their soul self.External conditionings have taught people to ignore their feeling sense due to undue emphasis on practicality.However,when practicality and emotionality work together and in harmony,Life can be lived optimally.I aim to ‘sensitise’ people to their feelings,which is what is significantly different about my coaching.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Throughout my life,i had been contemplating and seeking answers about how one can live a happier and more authentic life.It had been a lifelong quest to seek these answers to provide an effective understanding to the people i guide.And then my ‘spiritual awakening’ happened in 2019.They say that all the answers lie within and i awoke to this fact,in a moment of epiphany.I realised that my feelings have always been my compass and guide, but i had been taught to suppress them.When i started finally paying attention to my ‘feeling sense’,i realised that my soul had been answering me all along!I had all the answers within me and i was seeking them outside?This revelation and understanding was the single most important thing that led to my success as a coach because this insight is what i mainly aim to provide to my clients as well.We are our own teachers and guides,we just need to tap in to this wise self,within.
