What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I help executives overcome self-doubt and achieve peak performance and wellbeing – not one at the expense of the other.

I am fluent in the commercial AND the spiritual, and use a unique blend of left and right-brain disciplines that incorporates neuroscience, positive psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as business strategy and commercial tools. My approach is holistic, and leverages my clients’ strategic and creative strengths, as well as my own. I’m also a certified hypnotherapist and Positive Intelligence coach.

What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I help clients to build self-trust and resourcefulness by tapping into their own inner wisdom and genius.

I have found most of the answers, insights and inspirations I need from an ongoing meditative practice. As a keen “psychonaut”, I’m always curious to see how the mind works, and the intersect of the spiritual with the scientific.

This has led me on a journey that has encompassed studying Buddhism, training as a hypnotherapist, and leveraging smart ways of working that optimise my time, energy, focus and get the results I want.

I constantly do the work on myself so I can bring my clients further on their own journeys!

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I have a special interest in how trauma and early life experiences shape our current circumstances, which is why my coaching has an emphasis on trauma-informed practices and root cause healing. My unique approach combines powerful neuroplasticity based processes, somatic healing, inner child work, wellbeing coaching, and mindfulness based techniques. My goal is to help people access the truest version of themselves so they can thrive, and live the life that they deeply desire.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Training as a eutaptics® FasterEFT™ practitioner has been an integral part of my development and success as a coach, as I gained the tools to effectively and safely support individuals heal, release and transform deep-rooted core blocks, such as unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs and repressed emotions. The eutaptics® FasterEFT™ system brings together elements of Hypnotherapy, EFT tapping and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, along with somatic healing and cutting edge neuroscience. Incorporating this modality into my coaching practice has allowed me to achieve incredible results with my clients, by addressing the underlying issues behind their presenting challenges.
