What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I take a unique approach that combines integrative change work with a straightforward, grounded coaching style that feels both supportive and fun. Rather than imposing generic solutions, I focus on helping my clients tune into their natural strengths, learn to trust their instincts, and develop the confidence to speak up authentically in any situation. I’m real with my clients— offering meaningful support tailored to the highly sensitive experience. My work is about cultivating their voice and helping them feel at ease in their own skin; this is what allows them to create transformation in their lives.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
For me, success as a coach comes down to one word: authenticity. By sharing my own journey with depression, anxiety, and self-acceptance, I’ve been able to create a space of real trust and connection with my clients. This openness has built a foundation where they feel safe to explore their own vulnerabilities and growth. I also use this authenticity to build rapport and give clients the tools they need to see their sensitivity as a powerful asset rather than something that holds them back.
Ludmila Woodruff
Ludmila Woodruff is a Certified Life and Relationship Coach who helps executives, entrepreneurs and leaders develop the emotional and relationship intelligence to succeed in the workplace, in business and within their personal lives. She is the co- author of the bestseller “Slaying Tampa Bay, Stories of Powerful Women Leaving Their Mark”, host of the podcast “Deeply Connected” (rated one of the top 3% most popular shows on Listen Notes), and a sought-after speaker.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Using a holistic approach, I work with my clients to get to the root of undesired behavioral, emotional, and thought patterns so that change can be made internally. They learn how to understand, process, and integrate all types of different emotions, challenging situations, life transitions and relationships. My clients not only exude grounded presence, become elevated leaders, enhance their strengths, build more deeply connected relationships, but they also develop stronger emotional intelligence and mental fitness.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I am successful as a coach because of the variety of modalities that I combine to create the deepest level of transformation for my clients. My methodology incorporates the Internal Family System (IFS), somatic work, tantra, breath work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, cognitive behavioral coaching, emotional intelligence, inner child work and effective communication. Another key element to my success is that I apply my learnings in my own life; my work isn’t just based on theories, but on my own learnings and experiences of implementing these tools and concepts.
My clients learn new strategies and tools. However, more importantly, they also transform internally on very deep levels as they integrate and embody their desired best selves.
Tehilla Luttig
Tehilla, a licensed mental health counselor, transitioned from a child therapist to an international relationship coach by empowering parents (individually or as a couple), significantly reducing the need for children’s therapy. Trained in advanced techniques including Level 2 Gottman Method and insights from Esther Perel and Brené Brown, she specializes in transforming our struggles into deep meaningful living and relationships
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Tehilla sets herself apart by leveraging a multidisciplinary approach, blending advanced methodologies to address how childhood relationships shape our identity and fears – which impact our adult relationships profoundly. Her unique strategy involves parts work and trauma integration, which effectively diffuses emotional ‘baggage’ and enlarging their emotional capacity and resilience.
This transformative process fosters a deep sense of self-awareness, unlocking innate wisdom and strength in her clients. Through Tehilla’s guidance, individuals reclaim their authentic selves, empowering them to enrich their relationships and find the answers they’ve been seeking, and live more enriched lives. By offering extended sessions ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours, Tehilla ensures comprehensive support without leaving emotional issues unresolved between sessions. Her diverse and effective toolbox empowers clients to feel safer and more confident in their emotional responses and relationships. This approach not only addresses symptoms like emotional disconnect and insecurity but also fulfills the deep-seated desire for a stable, loving relationship with oneself and others.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Our relationships with others are a reflection of the relationship with ourselves. We often wait for change and answers from our partners, but we are unable to receive the love we crave. We sabotage or create reasons why it’s not authentic, as an example. Tehilla’s transformative coaching hinges on her unique BEQ method, which stands for Body Emotional Quotient. This pivotal technique helps clients integrate subconsciously trapped emotions, fostering a renewed relationship with their body. Most therapist focus on the mind, or coaching on the future, where she integrates the blocks, traps and identity patterns that keep her clients from emotionally flourishing in life and love.
Jason Olin
My passion is focused on helping people work to improve their adult relationships. In particular, I care greatly about trying to bring closeness back to relationships when there has been the creation of distance. I also feel like it is vitally important to create more openness about changes in our health as we age. How this passion came to be.
Temperamentally, I was a pretty sensitive child who preferred familiarity and was prone to worry. Having grown up in a secular Jewish family experiencing divorce and upheaval as a teenager, I wanted to understand why relationships grew and then could end. I also saw the effects of health changes in my own family, being the youngest of my siblings, being raised by relatively older parents, and seeing first-hand the effects of many chronic diseases. I knew that not all adult relationships were like my parents, but I didn’t know what made them more successful. Having learned to become a psychologist and having my own counseling experiences helped provide me personal growth experiences that I found so helpful in my own development.
Fari Gonzaque
In pursuit of her happiness, Fari left Iran at the age of 21. She chose England and America as her home for the last 44 years. She has been a Fitness Trainer/Holistic Transformational Coach in L.A. for 31 years. She found her gift in transforming her own life, dealing with imposter syndrome, ADHD, PTSD, fibromyalgia, dyslexia and depression.
She mentors her clients to discover their self-care and the gifts in their challenges and trauma; Consequently, they heal their relationship with themselves and others with EASE.
Arica Angelo
In order for you to be really happy and thriving in relationships it will require one thing and without it, you’ll never be truly satisfied. As much as we all want a quick fix like the next addict, the quick fix it’s the bandage to your soul. I 100% believe that in order to be loved for all of you, it WILL require you to be open to heal.
I can give you all the advice in the world, but unless we encounter your heart and bring healing to it, nothing else will solve your dilemma and challenges with love. If you’re down for that, then I’m the coach to equip and empower you to do that. If that’s a solid no, we are NOT a fit to work together. I’m here to give not only life changing advice, but the healing your heart has been longing for. Let’s go on the journey together!
Dr. Morgan
I’m a relationship coach, attachment theory expert, and creator of the E.S.L. Relationship Method. My mission is to help women get off the dating rollercoaster, raise their self-worth, and attract the healthy relationship they’ve always wanted. I created the Empowered. Secure. Loved Program because I knew women needed a clear path to secure attachment and love that lasts.
With the science of attachment theory, data from hundreds of clients, and my own experiences I created a program that transforms you from lonely, to loved.
Tana Espino
I’m Tana Espino, and I’m a Psychotherapist & Somatic Coach. I guide women in healing codependency and anxiety in relationships so that they can begin to deepen their values, strengthen their confidence, and get REAL about love- The result? Real love, real connections, and amazing relationships. Love’s Hustle is the lifestyle of relationships.
The one you have with yourself, and with others. So what kind of relationship are you having with yourself? As women, we tend to lose ourselves in the relationship by getting into them without truly knowing our needs or wants. When we truly don’t know ourselves enough, we can easily get lost in others- we begin to people please, get too hyper-focused on the relationship and not be able to relax into it, put our needs last, and the list goes on. This was me. I would jump from one relationship to the next, without knowing what I needed or wanted. (Never truly knowing myself either.)
I would easily lose myself in the relationship, to the point of co-dependency. I forgot about my hobbies, my purpose, and what brought me joy. I was too focused on pleasing the other person, that I ignored my own needs. I thought that making my partner happy, would bring back my peace and happiness! After several relationships and a painful breakup, I realized I needed to be alone in order to figure myself out. I didn’t want to keep repeating the same pattern and getting the same results- an unsatisfied love life.
Conclusion
From these conversations, it’s clear that building strong relationships starts with understanding and improving ourselves.
The advice and techniques shared by these top relationship coaches provide valuable tools for anyone looking to deepen their connections.
