I decided to ask them about how they managed their own careers, i.e., their smartest and dumbest things that they had done in their careers; the best advice that they received and that they would give now; how to navigate the changing corporate landscape, etc. I interviewed nearly 100 people including Google’s CFO, CIO, Chief Evangelist and many many more. I created a class from the wisdom that they shared and I often share it online and with my clients. Many many many people have found it to be beneficial in their own lives and decisions.
