Jo Thomas
Jo Thomas coaches individuals seeking to reclaim their lives and energy post chronic illness and burnout. Her unique skill set combines performance coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), nursing expertise, and personal recovery experiences. Her holistic framework encompasses mindset enhancement, nervous system regulation, energy pacing, and life balance. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I empower clients through the coaching process and the use of NLP to create lasting changes in their health, energy levels, and well-being. Additionally, I assist in unlocking subconscious messaging and programming that may be hindering their progress. By harnessing the brain’s capacity for neuroplasticity, we can rewire patterns. I recognise that each client is unique, with their own fatigue story, so coaching must be customised to their specific needs and circumstances.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The key factor contributing to my success as a coach lies in my ability to blend NLP coaching tools—such as the Meta Model, Sub Modalities, and Timelines—with practical strategies. These strategies seamlessly integrate into clients’ lives. Achieving this synergy is only possible through active listening to my clients, gaining insight into their world from their perspective, and understanding their goals, values, and beliefs.
