What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching program stands out by offering a holistic blend of metaphysical tools and practical empowerment strategies for women in their 40s and 50s navigating life transitions. Over 13 weeks, I guide clients through a transformative journey of self-discovery, purpose alignment, and energetic healing.
Using tools such as crystal healing, affirmations, journaling, imagery and NLP, I help women heal emotional wounds, rediscover their purpose, and manifest fulfilling relationships. This integrative, holistic approach empowers them to navigate life transitions with clarity, confidence, and a deep connection to their authentic selves.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most critical factor contributing to my success as a coach is the development of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L Self-Discovery Method.
This holistic approach, born from my own journey of healing
and empowerment, enables clients to answer life’s fundamental questions—‘Who am I?’, ‘What is my purpose?’, and ‘What wisdom does life hold for me?’ As a certified hypnotherapist, NLP
practitioner, therapeutic imagery master, metaphysician, and practitioner of Universal law, I combine metaphysical tools with practical strategies to guide my clients toward holistic
self-awareness, deep healing, and lasting transformation.
Katy Hansell
Katy Hansell is an award-winning executive coach who transforms the leadership impact of her clients through her custom-designed, research-driven and results-proven programs delivered to the top C-Suite talent of the Fortune 500 and global multinationals, serial entrepreneurs, artists and creators, philanthropists and nonprofit leaders. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I support leaders to identify and develop their talent stack of leadership capabilities and focus on how each capability drives the profitable growth and meaningful scaling of what matters to them, their teams, and their enterprise. Clients tell me that they feel empowered by how our coaching partnership activates their authentic voice, brings their values and passions into their work naturally, and scales their sense of purpose and enlivenment. My programs draw on the state-of-the-art research around how to command influence, cultivate positive intelligence, develop the habits needed to sustain high performance, and respond from an empowered place with empathy and clarity.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
What clients often share they value in me is that I am a lifelong learner and intentionally devote time each week to my own professional development. I believe this is the ultimate key to my success as a coach. By staying curious, open to feedback, and constantly learning about what is new and proven, I am always to add value to each client in each interaction and usually have clients that stay on for many years as a direct result

Jamie Martin
Jamie Martin, a tech veteran (ex-DoubleClick & Google), equips women in high-pressure environments to thrive. Her coaching helps them claim their time, advance their careers, and project executive presence (even outside executive roles). With 17 years of experience, she empowers women to shatter self-doubt and unlock exciting career possibilities.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Think product manager meets ontological coach! With unwavering curiosity, I guide clients to dig deeper than surface goals to uncover their hidden desires - both professionally and personally. Career goals and personal life are intertwined in a dance, one impacting the other. By understanding these desires, we co-create a roadmap with pragmatic strategies that empowers them to achieve professional fulfillment while nurturing personal well-being. My empathy and intuitive nature ensure this roadmap feels supportive and personally relevant.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most critical factor in my success as a coach is my ability to build deep trust with clients, even from the very first session. I remember a CEO who hired me for a team member - he called me a "magic maker" because of the trust I established without ever meeting her in person or virtually.
