I also have a group chat where I connect with around 20 of my clients daily. This is a great spot to get motivation, ask questions, share struggles, get inspired by others' fitness posts, and have a safe, private spot to discuss their daily diet and workout habits. What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I strive to lead with compassion in every conversation. If a client can't stick to their nutrition plan, we get to the deep root cause instead of creating internal conflict with diet guilt. I try to get to know my clients on a personal level because a health transformation requires much more than just a plan on paper. I work with my clients to improve their self-talk, negative thought patterns, and impulsive habits (like overeating) to help them make a lasting change from the inside out.
