Dianne Wenz

I grew up with chronic headaches, sinus infections, and terrible allergies. I went vegetarian in 1993 for ethical reasons, and my health issues only seemed to get worse. At the time, it was difficult to find information on vegetarian health, and I doubled down on eggs and dairy, thinking they would prevent that much talked about protein deficiency that so many worry about.

Sarah

My culinary journey in fact started with deep-frozen pizza and instant soups during my school years. It wasn’t until I moved out for my studies that I really discovered and fell in love with cooking. I earned my Bachelors of Business & IT Management and right after, started working as an IT consultant for the finance sector.
