What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others? 

I support leaders and professionals on crucial turning points in their life and career, to enable them to cope with those stressful and challenging situations by increasing their resilience. I’m doing this using a “secure base caring & daring” approach, with an eye for emotions and for the impact of loss and grieving in such situations. My deep understanding of the corporate business world and my own bumpy career path help me to support and guide coaches in a gentle but challenging way.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is having experienced myself of not being on my own authentic path and not feeling aligned – lost in the financial world with a Master in French Literature & Linguistics. By taking a step back and connecting with my vulnerability - I was able to overcome my fears, doubts and limiting beliefs and finally dared to leave the golden cage to start all over again, before bore-out and burnout hit me. This experience, combined with a solid coaching training and a focus on continuous learning make my success as a coach.
