Tony Reed is a man who knows how to make a deal. Tony doesn't just know about real estate- he knows about people. When he was just 18 years old, his Grandad gave him a piece of commercial property. A few years later, Tony sold that piece of property to one of the wealthiest families in the world (The Winfrey family, as in Oprah).

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My coaching is specifically designed for agents who want to succeed. I use interactive training modules that require active participation. As a result, you will gain more confidence in yourself and your ability as an agent. I help agents build a passive income and create a legacy for their families. My teaching methods are straightforward, candid, funny, and informative. I believe that teaching shouldn't be some ol' boring ass process that puts you to sleep!

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My grandad started a lemonade stand for me in our driveway when I was just a little tyke, so that I could learn about the importance of money. And then when I turned five, I began working over at our family barbershop, dusting the hair off the backs of customers after they got a haircut. The customers usually tipped me between $1 to $20 for cleaning them up. Even though I was young, entrepreneurship has always been such a big part of my life – it’s taught me how to work hard and be successful on my own terms.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

This was, is, and always will be a leadership game. It's about how you treat people. And the answer to most everyone's problems is solved with getting the right people onboard. With proven systems and techniques adopted over decades of leadership, I've used my passion of servant leadership to help elevate people's businesses to the next level. My coaching clients don't have people that work for them - rather, they work for their teams.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I'm one of the rare ones that's been a massive producer, grown a giant team, crashed and burned, started all over again, and built it up to something pretty substantial while learning from my past mistakes. And now I've moved out of most of the day to day operations of Hatch Realty to share my insight and experiences through Hatch Coaching. Where most people want to go, I've already been - and so the insight and perspective I can provide is second to none. Additionally, I'm a passionate student of leadership and all the things it'll take to help unlock newfound potential for those I have the privilege of coaching.

He has been Coaching since 2006 and loves supporting real estate agents and small business owners achieve their goals with clarity, focus, ease and grace.  He’s an ICF Professional Certified Coach and his real estate clients average over $430,000 a year in Gross Commission Income.
