Jenn Wert
With a Masters in Education, Jenn taught for many years and then continued, through all of her professional endeavors, to support and empower young families. Jenn led nonprofits to do with promoting global education and wellness, started a for-profit business helping women to express themselves authentically, and attended over a hundred births as a birth doula.

Through extensive post-graduate training and decades of study, Jenn became an expert in social and emotional intelligence. Today, she combines her vast experience with her undeniable passion to raise the collective consciousness, one family at a time. Jenn hosts moms and daughters in small workshops, does speaking engagements, mentors young teachers, and runs her own private practice as a professional parent coach for parents of young ones (ages 3-11) who want to understand their children better and connect more deeply.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching is unique in that I work with parents to bring more consciousness to their parenting, including self-awareness and self-compassion. In doing so, I hold up a mirror for clients to take a look at their role, their habits and their modeling. With this mindset shift, connection and relationships are prioritized and children's behaviors are more understood - instilling confidence, sturdiness and clarity into homes worldwide.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My success as a coach comes from my vast experience, a unique ability to interpret children's behavior, powerful insight and a heartfelt commitment to the work. Having dedicated much of my life and career to deepening my own self-awareness, I can relate to what I'm asking clients to practice. As a naturally good listener, and having taught and coached so many different families over decades, I'm able to easily discern what knowledge and skills parents already have and customize their coaching to personally support them in their continued growth.

Tilley Fine
Tilley Fine is a Certified Conscious Parent coach through the Dr. Shefali Institute. She is also a trauma-informed Stress & Anxiety coach, keynote speaker and mental health advocate. She has helped hundreds of families move beyond their stress and trauma, to learn instead, how to grow and thrive. She supports individuals, families and groups worldwide in navigating through their relationships and family behavioral dynamics.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Conscious Parenting flips the traditional parenting paradigm upside down. Unlike traditional parenting which is based on a hierarchical model where the parent is the “boss”, Conscious Parenting is about raising a spirit and honoring their true essence. Our children are brought to us to mirror back to us, the parts of ourselves that we need to pay attention to, and to heal. My passion is to radically shift the way we design and create our family structure, by ending the cycle of stress and anxiety, though healing our traumas and connection.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I believe true healing starts with the nervous system. I incorporate a unique blend of traditional coaching and therapy, with spiritual, scientific and somatic approaches. Understanding why your child behaves in a certain way, discovering your triggers and deconstructing your patterns, is critical in order to establish an authentic parent-child relationship. I guide parents though their own childhood traumas and cultural pressures, that influence their family values.
