What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I support female entrepreneurs in releasing their past disempowered money story in 6 months while also building up a new story that aligns with their future goals. By using a unique blend of body-mind healing techniques, I’m able to support my clients on a holistic level. How we do money is how we do everything. Additionally, I use Sacred Money Archetype work to show my clients how they can use the gifts of their archetype to overcome their money challenges.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing for me and my practice has been becoming a certified somatic-based healer. So much of our old money story is stored in our cells and our body. You can say all of the money mantras you want but if you’re not delving to the core of the issue, it’s like trying to fix a broken arm with just a band aid. I’ve faced my own bankruptcy and I’ve also worked for millionaires. Having this range of experience has been key for me in helping my clients achieve their goals and dreams.

Jay Rigler
Jay Rigler is a Small Business Financial Consultant, Money Coach, financial literacy advocate, and author with 20 years of experience. Jay has been a personal financial advisor, worked at a credit card, and been responsible for analytics at a top-tier advertising agency. Now, he spends his time helping individuals, families, and small businesses take control of their finances through Money Coaching and providing Controller & Fractional CFO services for small businesses.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Money Coaching with me is unique because I teach a 12-step plan to eliminate debt and build wealth that I created. I haven’t had to make a single debt payment (including a mortgage) since I was 36 years old. I don’t owe anyone anything, which gives me complete financial freedom. I know my plan works because I used it. And now, I love to share it with others. Coaching with me includes personal one-on-one support to help you implement my 12-step plan into your family finances.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that helps my Coaching families change their financial future is my 12-step plan to eliminate debt and build wealth. We work together to lay out a calendar of when we will accomplish each step. And the best part is that once a step is completed, you never have to do it again… for the rest of your life! We create a budget, build an emergency fund, pay off consumer debt, handle life insurance & wills, invest for retirement, save for college, and pay off the mortgage. All in just 12 steps.
