What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I take a primal approach to health and fat loss, focusing on metabolic flexibility rather than restrictive diets or grueling exercise routines. My coaching is rooted in science-backed principles that help clients break free from carb dependency, the hidden cause of stubborn weight gain. Unlike traditional methods, I emphasise simplicity... two meals a day, stress management, and natural movement - This helps clients achieve lasting results without feeling overwhelmed or deprived. 

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The most critical factor in my success as a coach is my ability to connect emotionally with clients, understanding their struggles and evoking autonomy. By debunking conventional "eat less, move more" advice and exposing the hidden impact of carb dependency, I provide clarity and confidence. This approach fosters trust, builds self-belief, and helps clients achieve transformative, sustainable results without feeling forced or restricted.
