What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I help Conscious Founders and CEO's harness the richest and most meaningful aspects of their work and life to elevate beyond scarcity based thinking and awaken to their unlimited capacity for progress, growth and service. This helps them create their richest possible lives, far surpassing the levels of performance they thought possible, and creating and receiving value far beyond what they previously imagined.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing is putting myself completely aside and see the world through a clients eyes (easy to say, but much harder to do consistently), so that I can be a channel of truth and love for every client I work with. This allows them to have a true partner in their life who knows them completely. All their fears, all their hopes and dreams - Something most human-beings have never experienced. This dynamic is like rocket-fuel for transformational change.
