What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I use a neuro-emotional approach during my interactions with clients. It’s a method to connect the logical side of the mind to the emotional side. The simultaneous interplay of thoughts and emotions enables improved decision-making, effective communication, and a higher influence on others. By leveraging this neuro-emotional method, a leader enhances their team's engagement and productivity. Using this neuro-emotional approach in my coaching engagements, I help managers in becoming become great leaders.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most critical thing that has contributed to my success is the daily meditation practice for over 25 years. It had led to several insights being uncovered in those silent and contemplative moments. Additionally, my study of neurolinguistic programming has been a value add to my work experience spanning various roles. As a lifelong learner, I have reflected on the teachings of management thinkers and spiritual masters which have added to the body of knowledge and practice.
