What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
As someone who has recovered from an ED myself, I understand that the road to recovery is different for each person. My coaching style is tailored to each client's specific goals and needs and every detail of my program is customized to the individual client. My training is based on Carolyn Costin's 8 Keys to Recovery from an Eating Disorder, but unlike more traditional approaches, I also incorporate principles of neuroplasticity into my approach, guiding clients to help rewire their brain patterns and develop healthier neural pathways, fostering lasting changes in behavior and mindset.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important factor contributing to my success as a coach is my unwavering commitment to fostering a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel truly understood and supported in their journey towards recovery. I combine both traditional and non-traditional approaches, leveraging evidence-based strategies alongside innovative methods to ensure comprehensive support tailored to each individual's needs.
