What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I support owners of growing, service-based businesses to build a thriving and sustainable culture.  My approach is based on 19 years of experience leading and growing a service-based business myself and covers the critical areas of Team Culture, Leadership Culture, and Money Culture.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is the experience-based evolution of my Culture Is Everything approach from its original focus on only Team Culture to the much more robust and sustainable approach that now covers Team Culture, Leadership Culture and Money Culture.  My experience allows me to empathetically connect with service-based business owners, understand their challenges and then guide them to longer-term success.

Amelia Kruse

As a young girl, I was enthralled with digging in the dirt, following fire flies and climbing trees. I was in awe of how all the creatures and plants around me seem to know just what they needed to do to survive and thrive. Once I moved to Australia, my family and I spent our spare time exploring the outdoors of Queensland and the Northern Territory.

We hiked with aboriginal guides, swam in streams with crocodiles and studed the native flora and fauna. At the University of Sydney I received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Anthropology and First Class Honors for my Masters Thesis in Ecology. I then began consulting for businesses in environmental and community development efforts, eventually co-founding my own social business building social development initiatives in East Africa.

I'm a proud Mom of these two gorgeous humans who are the centre of my universe and ... the reason I decided to explore what's possible. So I changed my life. The moment I committed to my creative path there was no going back, it has been, and continues to be, one of the wildest rides of my life.

Clare Louise - Coach Foundation

I went from working five nights a week as a care assistant in a tiny little village in the back of beyond to having my own successful high street photography studio and speaking all over the world about my approach to creativity I've been awarded just shy of 300 presitgeous accolades for my creative work.
