What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My coaching method is a dynamic, multifaceted approach to learning that blends techniques from coaching, teaching, and consulting. I take clients on a learning journey from basic understanding and acquisition of new skills to being able to apply them in real-world scenarios. Everyone learns differently, so I make sure to tailor each session to meet clients’ current needs and learning preferences. Some sessions will be more focused on skill-building while others will be more focused on providing guidance. This approach allows me to deliver coaching sessions that are truly transformative and drive consistent growth and development.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

One thing that drives my success as a coach is my philosophy of ‘never stop learning’. I’m always looking for new approaches to coaching and training as well as ways to incorporate new tools and technology to enhance the learning experience. This practice keeps me in a learner’s mindset, which helps me better understand and empathize with the challenges my clients face when learning new skills.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

What makes my coaching different from other communication coaches is that I walk my clients through what I believe is the best system in the world for overthinkers to become more socially confident.

We focus on getting social wins quickly and building momentum, learning frameworks and developing a system that makes it easy for the client to practice every day and improve every day.

Many of my clients have told me that our coaching calls have been some of the most important calls of their lives, and I love being a part of their success story!

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I always tell clients to imagine a small air strip in the middle of a jungle. They are the pilot. They need to take off and soar. I'm on the runway clearing off debris, so that they can speed down the runway and take flight.

You can't do the work FOR the client, but you CAN make the work easy to do.

Being a successful coach is all about constantly trying to make the journey as effortless as possible for the client. Being ruthless about trying new approaches, and improving 1% every day is how you become (and stay) successful.
