What do you do differently, or how is your coaching different from others?

I empower Companies through Strategic Coaching. I specialize in three crucial coaching domains—Ready Now Leaders, Manager Reinforcements, and Change Catalysts. Collaborating closely with HR, my approach involves tailoring 3-5 focal areas, equipping them with the essential tools for success. My coaching style integrates profound introspection with curated learning resources, addressing the diverse skill set essential for each program participant. My clients walk away with confidence, enabling them to lead from a position of inspiration and strength.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) has been instrumental in shaping my coaching journey. The unwavering support, invaluable teachings, and the enduring sense of community they've fostered are my cornerstones of success. When in doubt I return to the CTI model and find my way. The strength of their community is powerful, and to this day, I maintain close ties with my fellow podmates, seeking their guidance when necessary. Witnessing the transformative power of coaching through CTI's front-of-the-room leaders ignited my passion for coaching and is why I am a coach today!

Latisha Leppert

Latisha Leppert is a Certified Co-Active (CPCC) and an ICF accredited (ACC) Coach.  She supports creative and ambitious women in finding their path to thriving and fulfillment in life and business.

Her 19-year personal growth and healing journey has given her a lot of lessons about navigating the “messy middle” places that come with creating, achieving, and simply being a human.

Latisha Leppert - Coach Foundation

She believes the power of self-awareness and inner work gives her clients the choice and autonomy to create a life that works for them starting where they’re at.

She helps clients bravely take ownership of their journey to navigate with confidence and thrive.

What do you do differently, or how is your coaching different from others?

Something unique about my coaching is the way I hold space for my clients to feel held and supported while deep diving into who they really are/want to be and what they really want.  My presence of courage, compassion, and openness facilitates truthful inner exploration in safety.
The destination is important, but the daily lived journey is where coaching impacts the most.
Supporting my clients in learning to navigate their “messy middle” places and thrive along that journey is the core of my work.
It helps empower them to live a thriving and fulfilling life along the way to creating and achieving the things they want most.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My personal growth and healing journey have contributed the most.  Integrity in my work matters to me so I go first in doing my own inner work and personal exploration.  This helps me show up with courage and compassion with my clients because I know the power and the vulnerability it takes.
It’s also given me a picture of the vast methods and tools available which allow me to support my clients in a whole-person approach with whatever they bring to each session.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I engage in a holistic experiential transformative coaching that focuses on your self. I believe that to thrive in today's world, one must first become aware of their
strengths, beliefs, and underlying patterns to consciously work on them to achieve their
full potential. I help you overcome those behaviors, feelings, and beliefs that get in your
way.
I love working with 4 sets of E's
✓ Empathetically engage with clients
✓ Empower and Encourage them with tools & techniques
✓ Embrace change through learning & accountability.
You must let yourself in and experience the transformative impact.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My own personal transformation experience and passion for personal growth. Change has
been a consistent factor in my life right since my childhood. Studied in different schools in
different cities, lived in different countries, continents with different cultures, worked in
different companies in different industries, and changed career path in my mid-40s. This
experience enabled me to understand change better and appreciate how people react to
change, their mindset and the process they go through.
With my 20 years of rich experience in diverse Corporate Management roles in multi-national
companies across industries, I gained solid insights into the many challenges of today’s
business leaders and their life, which I use to evoke transformation & develop talents into
inspiring human beings. I quickly establish trustful connection with the people across
different continents and create a safe space for their transformation.
