What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Like my clients, I am a multi-faceted person with many interests - I travel, go camping, attend conferences and festivals. I am always learning, coming up with new ways to conceptualize neurodivergence and related topics. For example, I recently attended the MAPs Psychedelics Conference in Denver and I am currently taking a 12 week course on the nervous system and somatic approaches. I receive different kinds of coaching. I blend learnings and realizations from my experiences, conversations, and psychedelic journeys to draw inspiration for coaching. My ongoing pursuit of learning helps me and my coaching evolve alongside my clients.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My experiences as a neurodivergent person has been crucial to my success in supporting others to step into their true neurodivergent selves. Having multiple neurodivergences and accompanying health issues - autoimmune disease, sleep disorder, addiction, chronic pain - I have been navigating the terrain of mental health for well over a decade. As an undiagnosed ND person, it was very tough to get the support I needed and I experienced many failures as I tried so many different solutions.

With these experiences in mind, I utilize the strengths of my neurodivergent mind to collaborate with clients to come up with creative, unique, sustainable and fun! solutions. Witnessing the transformations of my clients has been deeply gratifying and drives me to continue my mission of supporting neurodivergent people live fulfilling lives.

Kelly Biltz

Kelly is a Certified ADHD Teen Life Coach and teens are her jam!  She partners with high schoolers who need someone in their corner helping them establish skills and stay above ground with grades and assignments, and parents who want someone their teen will listen to. Kelly’s highest honor is being a mom to two awesomely unique (and opposite)  boys and a wife of 20+ years to Tim. She loves coaching high schoolers and enjoys the privilege of walking alongside high schoolers as they become young adults!

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

After my youngest son was diagnosed with combined ADHD many moons ago, I made it my life’s mission to help and support him in every single way I knew….even if that meant changing my parenting approach (which I did – Yikes!)…and my language (ouch – check that one off too!). I read and researched so much about ADHD, it literally became my full-time job!

I am in my “wheelhouse”, as helping high schoolers and partnering with families during these trying and crucial years is her calling. I focus on time management, planning, prioritizing, systems and self-care when I work with my teens. My goal is to see my clients thrive with ADHD and learn that, while life has its challenges, they can succeed and power through with the right systems, resilience and growth mindset.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I run an academic long coaching program with teens. I meet them where they are. Some are behind with their assignments, some are anxiety-ridden, some need support with social skills and others work with me so I can help them through the Jr. and Sr. years becoming more independent and preparing to leave home. My program involves private coaching, group coaching and parent meet-ups and can encompass social skills, Executive Function Skills, coping skills and Self Care- it is all-encompassing!

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

As someone who has had to learn to manage attention and deal with his own challenges, I help my clients understand themselves and how their minds work. To this end, I developed my Anatomy of Attention construct to help them regain control of their attention and move past barriers. They begin to understand that they are actually very
