What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching is different because I’ve lived the journey myself. I know firsthand what it takes to break free from addiction and create a life of purpose. I don’t just focus on sobriety—I help people transform their mindset, break limiting beliefs, and step into lasting freedom. Through personalized coaching, online courses, and speaking, I provide real-world strategies that lead to real change. My mission is to help others not just get sober but build a fulfilling, purpose-driven life.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most critical factor in my success as a coach has been my personal experience with overcoming addiction. Living through it gave me deep empathy and real-world insight that resonates with my clients. Beyond that, my strong social media presence, public speaking, and best-selling book—have helped me reach and impact thousands of people. I focus on transformation, not just sobriety, and that approach sets me apart. My ability to connect authentically, provide actionable strategies, and empower others to create lasting change has been the key to my growth and success.

Joy Rigberg
Joy Rigberg is a highly credentialed and richly experienced coach and healer. She has studied a wealth of healing modalities, from B.E.S.T. (Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique), to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and many more. Joy’s ongoing commitment to personal growth has fueled her extensive travels around the world.

She recently returned from walking 500 miles across North Central Spain on the Camino de Santiago. There, she had the opportunity to practice unconditional self-love, self-reliance and to uncover her true, authentic self. Joy is highly empathic, intuitive and compassionate and ready to serve and support you in your recovery.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I facilitate an energy healing technique called B.E.S.T. (Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique).
B.E.S.T. is a gentle touch healing technique which updates old traumatic patterns of high intensity stimulus events, or long duration worry, shame, guilt, anger and belief patterns.
B.E.S.T. is used to address interference in the systems of your body which cause it to be out of balance. Removing this interference allows the energy to flow as it is meant to and reestablishes the full healing potential of the body.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is my curiosity and interest to learn, my desire to connect and serve and my dedication to support people in reconnecting with their true authentic selves.

Nitu Dhiman
Nitu Dhiman is a successful de-addiction coach. She is a certified hypnotherapist and a Psychotherapist as well. She owns a clinic in the Chandigarh city of India, though she provides online therapy too throughout the globe. She has an experience of 9 plus years in curing her patients suffering from substance addiction and behavioral addiction (OCD) through hypnotherapy within a couple of months.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I believe in instant and long lasting results. I don’t like conventional therapies that take years to make a slight change in patients. Instead, I dig deeper through hypnotherapy and my de-addiction coaching to find out the root cause of that pattern and provide a quick and ever lasting solution by reprogramming their subconscious mind. My mantra is... Once healed, forever healed.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is my never give up attitude. Being a single mother, I’ve gone through a lot in my life... but I never gave up... not even with my addict and psychotic ex husband until he became a threat to my and my children’s lives. I’ve closely observed the pattern of an addict. That’s why I dig deeper through my coaching to find out the root cause of the escape mechanism that their mind uses in the form of addiction. Then I take out that pain or fear stored in their subconscious and replace that with self-love and self-esteem through hypnotherapy.
