Sarah Stewart
Sarah Stewart is a conscious time management coach, helping people get more time for the things that really matter. Before becoming a coach, Sarah worked for 14 years in project management roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Through her workshops and individual support she has helped hundreds of people change their relationship with time.
Sarah’s passion for making the best use of time and for being present in each moment comes from losing her mum to cancer as a teenager, and an awareness that our time is precious, both at work and at home.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My approach combines the wisdom of traditional time management strategies with the transformative power of mindfulness. Through my unique framework, the 8 P’s of conscious time management – phrase, place, plan, prioritize, presence, pause, plate and pleasure – I help my clients create profound shifts in their lives. I aspire to be the catalyst for positive change, enabling individuals and organizations to maximize their potential, honor their time and live with purpose.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
It’s my vision to empower people to harness their most precious asset – their time – with intentionality, enabling them to create a life that thrives in simplicity, ease and joy. I am extremely passionate about this vision, and I believe that it’s my passion that has contributed to my success as a conscious time management coach.
Dr. Deborah Johnson-Blake
Dr. Deborah Johnson-Blake is the CEO of The Writing Pad, The Time Management Diva, a
best-selling author, and a leading authority on time management. This extroverted award-winning time management coach and global speaker enjoy helping leaders be their best selves. She is the 2021 American Business Woman of the American Business Women’s Association.
She loves to cook and dance to Chaka Khan’s I Am Every Woman because living life on purpose is her mantra.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I assist leaders in saving time and becoming more efficient to allow them to work on the critical aspects of scaling and leading their organizations and brands. Two frameworks I use to help leaders are the GROW and SOWEALTHY Models. My action-oriented coaching focuses on designing, working, assessing, and sustaining a realistic plan that builds self-confidence, provides clarity and accountability, develops habits, and changes perspectives about time management, thus producing a proactive and healthy lifestyle.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most important thing contributing to my success as a coach is my authenticity, allowing me to be recognized by my global peers, colleagues, and organizations as a time management expert. This is achieved by helping leaders accomplish a work-life balance by deploying my S.H.O.P Method and T.I.M.E. Technique that contributes to the coaching body of knowledge. The S.H.O.P. Method allows leaders to work smarter, prioritize, be healthy, and remain organized. The T.I.M.E. Technique permits leaders to take the time to implement, measure and execute goals and priorities.
Elizabeth Grace Saunders
Elizabeth Grace Saunders is a time management coach and best-selling author who empowers individuals who feel guilty, overwhelmed and frustrated to feel peaceful, confident and accomplished. She helps people struggling with new levels of responsibility after receiving a promotion or becoming a parent, who aren’t meeting expectations at work, or who need better work-life balance to overcome burnout.
After overcoming her own challenges with work-life balance, Elizabeth began doing time management coaching to help others do the same in 2009. Elizabeth has worked with clients on six continents and improved thousands of people’s lives. Her clients not only increase their productivity but also improve their health, reduce anxiety and stress, and have more time to invest in themselves and their relationships.
Elizabeth was named one of the World’s Top 30 Time Management Professionals by Global Gurus every year since 2018 and has been a member of Forbes Coaches Council since 2019. McGraw Hill published her first book The 3 Secrets to Effective Time Investment: How to Achieve More Success with Less Stress. Harvard Business Review published her second book How to Invest Your Time Like Money. And FaithWords published her third book Divine Time Management. Elizabeth regularly writes time management articles for Harvard Business Review and Fast Company and has appeared on CBS, ABC, NBC, and Fox.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
As a forerunner in the field of time management coaching, I have emphasized the concept of not only managing time, which is focused on efficiency, but also time investment, which is focused on effectiveness. Doing the actions aligned with your priorities is more important than doing a lot of random actions quickly. I also have seen for clients to overcome their time management challenges, we need to address both the left-brain skills training and the right-brain emotions, such as guilt, overwhelm, and people-pleasing. Finally, I work with clients of all different backgrounds. But for those of my clients who are Christians, I incorporate a God-centered approach that I call “divine time management.”
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I believe what has most contributed to my success as a time management coach for over 14 years is that I’ve stayed committed to one specific area of coaching the entire time. This is my full-time career and passion where I journey with clients through the process of growth and transformation for at least three months. Because I have so much experience in the field, I can stay calm and supportive in even the messiest of situations. And I know from experience that after completing coaching with me, clients who have never been able to manage their time their entire lives can learn how to do so.
Anna Dearmon Kornick
In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, it’s so easy to live life in default and get carried along by the tide of have-to’s and should-do’s.
Before we know it, our lives are living us instead of the other way around.
Helen Corban
Later I was accredited as a Life Coach and recently as a Leadership Coach. My career has always been varied. I have an extensive background in coaching business professionals and delivering effective training to teams. I have been self-employed for over 20 years and have that entrepreneurial spirit with a passion to help businesses go the distance.
I also have 15 years experience in training time management in corporates and SMEs. I am fascinated with business and my clients continue to inspire me with their ingenuity and their motivation to succeed. Helping them to achieve their key objectives gives real meaning to my life.
Paul Porter
Paul Porter, the CEO and Founder of MUSICBIZU, shares over 43 years of experience and expertise with his clients. “Everything can’t be automated,” said Porter, and each course offers a personalized experience, focused on mindset and time management.
Amaris Peraza
Organizing your life and your time does not mean that everything is timed, making lists, without leaving them, on the contrary.
Jake Smolarek
Have you ever fantasised about having your own underdog story to tell? I sure did, and let me tell you, when I finally took action, it felt like my life was a movie that I didn’t want to end. And now, for over 10 years I’ve been helping people like you achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals faster and easier than they’ve ever imagined – just as I did it.
Garland Coulson
Time management is the “missing” skill they don’t teach in school or university. No matter how brilliant or talented you are, if you always running out of time, you can’t apply your skills to their fullest.
Kate Ibbotson
With A Tidy Mind, I wanted to combine practicality with emotional support and helping people take action so I developed a multi faceted way of working with clients – combining expertise in time management, decluttering, storage, habits, routines and styling alongside a range of coaching and counselling techniques.
