What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Crucial to my success as a business coach and process promoter is my deep understanding of the possibilities of digital technologies, modern business models and people’s (predominantly) emotional barriers to change. As a method ‘master’, I integrate approaches from Scrum, OKR, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Value Innovation, Fit for Market as well as Stage Gate and many more. I can also empathise very well with the position of my clients, as I have faced similar challenges myself as a top manager, supervisory board member and investor.
