Sarah Fuqua

I am Sarah Fuqua, the owner of (re)birthing wellness. My passion for birth started at 11 years old when I was able to witness my first homebirth. Ever since then, I have had a love for mother and baby care, but had no idea where it would take me. At 16 years old, I attended my first birth as a sibling doula. By Spring of 2019, I signed up for a doula training by a local midwife and have been serving families all around Tennessee ever since.

Sarah Lavonne

I have always had a fascination with pregnancy and birth. I “blame” my parents for that-allowing me to be present for my sister’s birth when I was 5! I had the opportunity to live internationally for part of my childhood where I became comfortable interacting with many different kinds of people .

I’ve known I wanted to be a nurse since 8th grade…something that would bundle my love for people, my desire to help others, my passion to learn and share with others what I know.

Ideal during times of transition, you learn about your “birth type”, how it affects the way you make decisions, and free yourself to choose more deeply what nurtures your soul.

Jill Delaney

Graduating with a Social Work degree and becoming a mother very early on in my adult life, I’ve spent most of my life’s work on parenting, nurturing and mentoring families in all areas of personal and family development. But my passion for newborn mamas is like no other! Giving birth is such a sacred and revered time because not only are you birthing a baby but you’re birthing a whole new you.
