What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
As a coach, I have helped people to join the league of top professionals using a custom-designed framework from scratch based on my research. As co-founder of the Professionals Speakers Association of India (PSAI), I have also coached & mentored fellow speakers to develop their thought leadership and join the league of top 1%.
Ryan Millar
Ryan Millar is a Canadian-born Amsterdam-based coach, story trainer, and communications consultant. He leans heavily on the tools he gained as an improviser and actor to help people take control of the stage and light up a room. His most recent book, on the art of public speaking, is called “The Confident Presenter”. It offers people encouragement, insights, and exercises to help them become more confident and more competent presenters.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Public Speaking coaching isn’t just about giving a good presentation. It is about understanding yourself, your story, and how to speak so that it doesn’t just inform your audience, it transforms them. All of this work starts with ourselves.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My many years as a stage performer and director underpin how I work as a coach. I draw on experience from stand-up and improv comedy to storytelling, theater and even freestyle rapping to help people attract and engage their audience. In the course of our work together, I help clients to step out of old patterns and see themselves more authentically. By owning our vulnerabilities, and crafting strong stories, we can be magnetic onstage and powerful offstage.
Sonal Dave

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
In my work as a Public Speaking Expert, I support both children and adults to learn the life skills of Communicating with Confidence, Storytelling and Interview Skills. These skills are not completely taught in schools or the workplace and are key to being able to succeed in life, including at home, school, university and work. The skills include body language, voice control, self-acceptance and more. Through my work, I am also supporting international students’ transition into UK life and university. What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My focus is to inspire others to follow their dreams and passions, investing in themselves and their personal development. My clients and students, both young and older, love working with me. I always enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with them. I’ve climbed the success ladder learning through life experiences. Children and adults can relate to me and find it easy to engage and open up. I am also helping both children and adults be able to say what they are seeing, hearing and feeling which will also support their mental health.
Ronald Rotich
Ronald Rotich is a coach, consultant and speaker at RR Advisory. His approach combines neuroscience and public speaking principles. He is a former toastmaster having won several accolades such as the 2017 Winner of the Table Topics contest, Winner of the Humorous Speech Contest and 2nd runner of the Best of Toastmasters East Africa. He is the CEO of RR Coaching which specializes in coaching, training, advisory & consulting.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I support individuals, business executives and organizations to be the best version of themselves. I believe the fear of public speaking is a symptom of something deeper and by utilizing neuroscience principles, I assist my clients to look within themselves and find the subconscious blocks that are holding them back. Once they deal with these subconscious blocks, they are able to speak better, work better and live better.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing is the application of NLP principles which have added a deeper layer to my public speaking coaching practice. These include Timeline therapy, the structure of beliefs & values, Core transformation, Anchoring, Structure of a Subjective Experience, Reframing as well as Breathing techniques. In fact, everything in the neuroscience space is helpful. In addition, I also struggled as a speaker and when I went through my coaching certifications, these techniques helped me immensely. Moira M Beaton
Moira Beaton is a life coach, public speaking coach, published writer and journalist. The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is my ability to listen. Public speaking is not only about skill, it’s about skill plus the ability to be yourself and connect with your audience. Often, speakers have underlying fears; not just the fear of presenting, but other deeper fears that prevent them communicating with their audience.

Rashmi Watel
Rashmi is a TEDx Speaker and a public speaking coach for non-native English speakers. Migrating from India, Rashmi has set up a home and business in Australia. Magda Kern
She is a professional public speaking trainer and coach (PCC ICF) with broad stage experience. She is multidisciplinary educated in the fields of management, psychology, coaching, and jazz vocal. For many years, she worked on controlling the stage fright that kept her awake at night. Having been involved in music since the age of 10, she knows how stressful it can be to present to a wider audience. Kate Gilbert
Kate Gilbert is a professional speaking coach with over seven years of experience working with individuals from singers to CEOs of global companies. Kate began as an actor and moved into teaching public speaking in schools before going freelance and creating her business as a coach.
