What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I work with leaders in 8-week programs using neuroscience, sports/clinical psychology and ancient wisdom to support them through any mental health challenges and build mental fitness. With teams and organisations, we focus on how to wisely spend and gain your mental and physical energy, so that we get both productivity and wellbeing. The bonus? You sleep peacefully, like a cat.

What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

A personal ethos of learning— this incudes studying extensively across fields, reflecting on my practice, and refining my methods to sync with my clients and the times. Writing for mindbodygreen and ThriveGlobal for many years, as well as public speaking, has taught me to keep refining the way I communicate, so that my clients get onboard straight away.
