Leaders across business must role model the right behaviours to set the right tone for their organisations. If this is hindered in anyway, the organisation’s reputation will suffer. People follow leaders and majority of cases leave organisations because of poor experiences with the leaders/managers of an organisation. I believe it is crucial for an organisation’s reputation to stay positive, leaders need to be given the right tools to lead others in the best way possible, they have the knowledge and skill to demonstrate the right behaviours, aligned to cultural values of the organisation.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My approach to coaching is this: meet my clients where they are, and help support them in getting where they want to go. I don’t have any prerecorded modules, no 7 steps to success. I use the very powerful tools of: Listening, offering non biased perspective, and offering tools or ideas I’ve learned along the way, that apply directly to their current situation. Knowing that they ultimately have the answers within, and I am helping that come out and take action towards success. I also work with my clients outside in nature, letting that extra element help support our sessions.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Getting out of the way, and dropping the idea that I have the “answers” for them. The most common response from all my clients is this. “ I know where I need to go, I just need you to walk with me to help me get there” and the other thing I hear out of every clients mouth is, “ That is a great question!” Meaning, I am listening to what is alive for them in that moment, and helping them self discover what they need to do.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I am an eclectic person who possesses a wide variety of skills that require me to balance my work and life. The balance stems from my passion in coaching and seeing student-athletes become the best version of themselves. I realized that what I have sacrificed and accomplished in athletics would benefit those who wish to follow in my footsteps. My Blueprint to coaching was a manifestation of 20 years of being an accomplished athlete and then being able to transfer these skills to our future youth. I believe that sharing my experiences and accomplishments tells a story that people want to hear.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I am a great listener and observer. I am a motivator and a positive thinker all the time. I understand the dynamics of coaching as some can get sidetracked by peer pressure. My reinforcement is to make sure they understand the sport and have an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I am patient and understand each one’s needs and I am inclusive where noone gets preferential treatment as I want all my student-athletes to perform at their very best.
I teach my athletes that through hard work, dedication and a vision that they can be anybody they want to be.

I give leaders the tools to get away from the “hustle” and live a life that’s in alignment with the things they care most about.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The thing that has contributed to my success the most has been the fact that I’ve been where my clients have been and continue to do the work required to be the type of leader I help my clients be. I’m not teaching a methodology or a “hack”, but rather giving leaders real-world tools that I implement every day to build the businesses and lives that they want.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My work is informed as much by my life experiences as my training (which includes a background in psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and executive coaching) and my style of coaching is naturally laid-back. I bring creativity into my practice, using poetry and creative wordplay to bypass the conscious mind’s resistance and help create new neural pathways that gently empower my clients to disrupt thinking patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is flexible and relational, responding intuitively to every person I work with and my style is particularly suited to those who identify as highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My life experience. While qualifications are great, I believe that the real work happens relationally. Knowing that someone has had experiences that relate to yours can make all the difference. Having experienced divorce, domestic abuse, redundancy, early menopause, being a single parent raising a neurodivergent child and more, means that my empathy for your situation runs deep. I know what it is to do The Work. I won’t lie (The Work is never done!) but will hold the space for you on your journey, as you find what works best for you, and cheer you on as you grow.

I gained my experience coaching students, academics and staff in an environment of excellence. Working with the best, learning from the best and coaching the best. My innate ability to deeply understand people, their behaviour, fears and motivators. To me, people are like books and each one has their own title, story and colourful chapters in between. These days he works as a meditation teacher, emotion and stress management coach. Before any of this, he was a jazz pianist in Toronto, Canada.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Using ancient Buddhist wisdom and psychological research, I empower high performers to overcome anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm to achieve peak performance and navigate high-pressure situations with ease and confidence. With this newfound sense of self-assurance, my clients are able to inspire and lead others with clarity, conviction, and purpose. My mission is to help individuals not only succeed, but thrive in high-pressure environments, unlocking their full potential and achieving their professional goals.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most important part of my coaching is an authentic grounding in the ancient and modern systems I use for coaching. Years of translating complex philosophy and meditation instructions, coupled with expertise as a mental health researcher, enable me to simplify ancient and modern knowledge into user-friendly language that’s easy for clients to understand and apply. My approach provides a unique opportunity for those seeking a coach who can bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and modern life.

Alexis has taught thousands of individuals to take control of their time and her clients include Google, Lyft, Workday, Capital One, Upwork and more.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Different from most “productivity coaches” who focus on output, hustle and fitting as much as possible into every day, I help people transform their relationship with time. I teach folks how to prioritize their time in such a way that they know that the things they did today were more important than the things they didn’t do, to know when they’ve done “enough” and to make time for the things that matter most to them. My clients report they feel more in control of their time, and that they are a lot less stressed once we’re done working together.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is my perspective that everyone is unique and that we need to experiment and iterate to find the strategies that will work long term. Every person has a different brain, different constraints, different circumstances, different skills and challenges. I also believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution and I work with my clients to build sustainable habits around who they actually are.

My clients can be able to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully in few sessions. In my coaching I play many times the devil’s advocate, and I like to challenge my clients in deep and philosophical conversations showing different views of the reality, so that they can choose the right option for them. The feedback from some of my past clients has shown that they noticed a significant improvement in self-awareness and self-confidence, important ingredients for success. The ability to communicate effectively is not inborn, still it can be learnt and practiced. I can show how.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Exploration, acknowledgement, and celebration of one’s authentic self is what distinguishes my coaching in the areas of living, loving, leading, and learning. When authentic, relationships develop more quickly, deeply, and naturally because one is less triggered, less prone to depression, and less influenced by trends.
Purpose, messaging, and branding are better articulated by authentic leaders. It is who they are at their core. Less insecure, they are better communicators, empowering and comfortable celebrating peers without prejudice.
Guarded against peer pressure, authentic youth possess greater clarity regarding their future goals and interests, academically and as emerging young adults in their communities.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is the articulation of the authenticity model in the areas of living, loving, leading, and learning (for young people). This is detailed in the publication Who Are You, Really? The Search for Authenticity, a mindset primer for those looking to transform their lives by accessing their most authentic selves with approaches that can be immediately implemented. It has also led to the “WHO AM I?” coaching program for adults and young people.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I serve my clients without fear of hurting their feelings or ego. I help them produce the best results as quickly as possible using my unique approach. When high and super-high achievers get to a certain point in their life, everyone is afraid to tell them the truth. I’m never afraid. I will often be the only brutally honest person in their life, the only person who can make them see what they cannot see themselves. Sometimes even their best thinking is wrong, and I tell them when I think so, no matter who they are.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing leading to my success was deciding to be successful. Not just successful, but the most successful. I gave myself a few years to achieve this in the UK, and the rest of my life to achieve it globally. I am relentless in my pursuit of being the absolute best coach I can be for my clients. From day 1, I would ask myself every day, what do I need to do, and even more importantly, who do I need to become to reach that goal.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching approach is best described as “grounded kindness.” In this, I hold my clients to account with gentle and consistent pressure in line with our agreed upon developmental objectives. My presence becomes a guiding spirit in their struggle with grooved-in habits of living. I invite all my clients into change from the inside out through connection with their inherent wisdom – in their hearts, their genius bodies, and their minds. I use the Enneagram to help them see themselves clearly, as personal development is baked into this framework. With kindness, non-judgement and humour, I create a safe container for people that holds them as they shift.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My ability to listen deeply, and reflect back to people what I see in a way that supports their development, is likely the most important contributor to my success. I work hard to keep out of my own way so that I don’t cloud my client’s view of who they are as they hone their developmental edges. With my use of grounded kindness, and belief that development starts with our hearts and that experience lives in our bodies, I help people both at home and at work engage with themselves in a profoundly different way. They see themselves clearly, often for the first time.

Not only was it about learning the essentials of becoming a coach but also about building relationships with other people in the industry and exchanging experiences. An absolutely crucial part of being a successful coach is the never ending thirst for knowledge about people. I consider that to be a key component of my success.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I help senior leaders develop an empowered and resilient mindset and the advanced leadership skills that help them deliver fast, effective and sustainable results within the first 90 days without the fear of failure or making the wrong call, holding them back. My work is based on neuroscience and I help all my clients build self-awareness, emotional self control and the advanced leadership skills that all great leaders need to inspire others to follow them.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success is my continuous curiosity and professional development which has built my knowledge but more importantly, my own confidence to coach others with the passion and the energy that lights them up and inspires them to be and do better. I have always been courageous but this was inspite of the fear within. Now my courage is free from constraints which makes me pretty unstoppable with the right client in from to of me.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I use a strength-based performance psychology approach with my clients, both individuals and teams. I hold a safe space for deeper self-awareness and induce a greater cognizance of other’s behaviors and mindsets. My clients soon develop an ability to shift perspective and see a situation from many different viewpoints. This is particularly valuable in teams, where valuing other’s strengths and differences allows for better collaboration, influencing and group effectiveness, with inclusivity at the heart. By creating belief in own ability, and encouraging trust, curiosity and therefore psychological safety between peers, everyone will feel valued for being their authentic self.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing for me as a coach was gaining an understanding the psychology of the human mind. Seeing the world through different lenses and therefore learning how to easily shift perspective. This allowed me to pause, reflect and focus my direction thoughtfully. Time to Think (Nancy Kline) taught me the comfort of silence, and the ‘positive-assumption’ to unblock a stuck situation. Vision chairs and derive are two of my most valuable tools, and the thought-provoking question of ‘who is this serving’ reminds me that my role as coach is not to save, just to hold space.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I enable clarity and new learning for people though generative coaching while my motto is to be the one holding the spotlight one people in the sense that I want to be the catalyst for their growth who enables them without sharing the spotlight.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing for me that contributed to my success as a coach has been my personal growth journey triggered by my coaching practice. The beauty of it is that coaching is transformational for the coach and gaining more self awareness in turn reinforced my coaching skills and growth.

My methodology is designed to ignite new ways of thinking, doing and being – through radical self-discovery and purpose-driven action. What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing enabling my success as a coach is the profound ongoing dedication to learning and unlearning. This learning includes Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Strengths-based Models, The Enneagram, Archetypal Psychology, Depth and Shadow work, Design Thinking, Team Coaching, Systems Thinking, Integral Coaching frameworks, to name a few. My unlearning includes a healthy dose of curiosity, questioning and consistently letting go of ideas that are no longer fit for purpose.

Doug Blecher
When you’re Autistic, the world isn’t designed with your unique traits in mind and everyday demands can feel insurmountable. At Autism Personal Coach, we provide Autistic adults and teens hard to find support to live self sufficient and purpose-driven lives through our private coaching and community events. After graduating with a degree in psychology, Doug Blecher saw an ad to work with Autistic children and immediately answered the call, falling in love with what would later prove to be his life purpose.
After years of training and working with Autistic children, Doug noticed a troubling trend…Autistic teens and adults had very few resources and very little support in transitioning into independent living.
Jan Fox
When you find yourself on a detour that has taken you off of your desired path, it is how you perceive the situation that makes the difference. Your view of the circumstances can make it an opportunity or an obstacle. The choice is yours. I hope the road less traveled is the one you choose. I have been coaching and mentoring for 25 years. I have coached one-on-one with individuals on personal and professional matters and with couples working to improve their relationship.
I have worked with groups of up to 30 participants. I have spoken onstage to audiences of over a thousand. I have mentored within my role as co-owner of a global marketing business, where for 27 years I have been able to pursue my passions and work toward financial independence while assisting dozens of individuals and couples in starting their own business – helping them meet their needs for independence, self-worth and financial goals. As a way of giving back to our community, I have worked with groups at our church and am currently mentoring military spouses exploring career opportunities that function well within their military lifestyle.

She is an in-house coach for a large global PR agency, and coaches for the Allbright members club on a programme to help more women reach board positions. She also runs a thriving private practice working with senior leaders in the US, Asia and Europe. It’s only through my own personal development, working as youth worker, training and supporting people with disabilities in open employment and now as a Coach – that I can honestly say that I know who I am and what it is that I want for my life.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching is intuitive, highly practical and anchored in neuroscience. I’m a trained somatic coach and a qualified mindfulness teacher, and a significant part of what I do is helping my clients manage their own physical responses. Understanding your own unique fight/flight/freeze response can be a real game changer. I’m also big on Values and helping my clients understand what makes them tick, so that they can use this knowledge to help them make better decisions.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My curiosity. I am really, really curious. Both about my clients and what serves them best, and also about what’s going to make me a better coach. Continuous professional development is vital to me. I’m learning all the time. I also think my background helps. I come from the corporate world. I’ve reported to CEOs, been to business school and had big, demanding roles. I know what it’s like to work in a fast-paced business, to have targets, multiple stakeholders and to navigate complex operating environments. I understand the world that my clients operate in.
