What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
UNIQUENESS I only work with clients in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology profession. My coaching is drawn from my 5+ years of experience as both a recruiter and a workforce analyst. Having conducted over 1,000 interviews in my career, I understand what makes candidates stand out and what hiring managers are really looking for. This deep knowledge of the hiring process, specifically within the I/O space, allows me to give tailored, practical guidance to my clients.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I attribute my success in this field to my strong passion for I/O Psychology. I believe that the world is a better place with more I/O psychology professionals in it, and so all of the work that I do is to fulfill that mission. However, I cannot possibly talk about my success without mentioning the phenomenal support I’ve had along the way from my family, friends, business coaches, sales coaches, and fellow career coachings who have helped make my dreams become reality.
