Shannon O'Dowd
Shannon O’Dowd is an on-camera host, commercial spokesperson, & media training/on-camera instructor. Shannon has been working on both sides of the camera for over a decade.
As a host, she is known for creating an authentic, genuine, and relatable experience with viewers. As a coach, she has an innate ability to bring out the most dynamic and organic version of her clients on camera.
She is described as being a really fun, but also a super powerful coach.
After his graduation in 2006, he worked on more than 60 films (Short Films, Music Videos, Documentaries, TV Shows and Feature Films) as Director, Assistant Director, Director of Photography, Cameraman and Gaffer.
Meanwhile, he studied acting alongside two of the most famous acting coaches in the U.S (Bob Mc Andrew and Susan Batson). Being their assistant and cameraman for 4 years, he acquired the skills he needed to pursue his work as filmmaker. As he was continuously working on film set, Lucas had eventually the opportunity to teach in one of the most prestigious acting school in Paris, “L’Entrée des Artistes” directed by Olivier BELMONDO.
As “acting on screen” teacher for this institution for more than ten years, Lucas developed and sharpened his own method of teaching acting.
In 2017, he moved to Japan to continue is work as acting coach and filmmaker.
Since 2020, he joined ELFS Japan (English Language Film School) to work as acting tutor.

Failing at all three, she took a vow of silence and joined a monastery. Not really — this would have been a very different biography in that case — she dusted herself off and developed new goals, the biggest being to make a life from radio, journalism and television. Sources across Australia report she has been doing ‘a pretty decent job’ of this for the past 22 years, working with Channel 9, 96fm and most recently, 882 6PR. It’s just as well — the monastery had terrible internet speeds.
Braidwood started her media career in Western Australia as a producer on radio working on 882 6PR and Hit 92.9. She graduated to working the mic as a music announcer at 97.3 Coast FM and 6KG Kalgoorlie and later as a newsreader for Mix 94.5 and Hit 92.9.
