What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I empower nurses and nurse leaders through a very unique 12-month program, equipping them with essential tools and proven strategies to effectively navigate the demands and expectations of upper management, fellow nurses, and the healthcare system. My coaching, rooted in neuroscience and life experiences, helps nurses regain their personal and professional life with a clear, laser-focused direction. Limiting the number of clients I work with, allows for quicker personalized access, ensuring success in nurturing self-relationships, stronger bonds, and the power to reshape nursing through impactful influence.

What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The most critical thing that contributes to my success as a coach is creating circles and communities, such as Nursing Leadership Circles© and ‘Join the Movement – Nurses Reclaim Life©. These allow space for my vulnerability and the invitation for others to participate in a safe space of trust and truth telling.

Before joining the team at Guarneri Integrative Health, Inc. at Pacific Pearl La Jolla as an Integrative Nurse Coach and Healing Touch provider, Claire worked full-time at Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine in La Jolla, California for almost 15 years.

She was the Supervisor of Patient Care at the center since 2004, managing a diverse clinical staff of health care professionals including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Biofeedback Therapists, Acupuncturists, Healing Touch Practitioners and a Research Nurse.

She had oversight of the clinical operations of the department including healing modalities classes and workshops, cardiac stress imaging studies, the Lifestyle change program, cardiac rehab and Enhanced External Counter Pulsation

Renee Miles

My name is Renee Miles, I am Registered Nurse, and I have been employed with Alberta Health Services for over 20 years. I currently work at Foothills Medical Centre as a staff nurse in the operating room, specializing with both the neuro and spine teams. I have also worked on multiple short-term assignments throughout the US with Health Source Global and US Nursing.

In 2000 I graduated from Oregon Health Science University with a Bachelor of Nursing, receiving the Outstanding Student Nurse award. Prior to this, I received a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Nevada Reno (UNR) in 1996, where I was an NCAA scholarship athlete on the UNR Alpine Ski Team.
