Sura
Sura is an experienced executive Meditation Coach, bestselling author, and TEDx Speaker. She excels in guiding leaders to master stress and optimize performance through heightened energy awareness. As the founder of Sura Flow, she’s globally trained and certified meditation teachers and coaches for over a decade.
Her heart-centered approach, Sura Flow, integrates a simple, 3-step meditation method – relax, listen, and intend. Sura’s flagship program, LIBERATE, is currently rated one of the top meditation coach trainings online.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I’ve developed a simple 3-step approach to guide individuals to their own realizations. It starts with relaxation. When someone feels relaxed and present, they gain greater access to profound insights. I also integrate energy healing, which powerfully releases old, stuck patterns and establishes healthier, aligned habits. The combination of meditation, coaching, and energy healing has been highly effective in creating positive results while enhancing baseline happiness and performance.
In my approach to meditation coaching, the intention is to develop a consistent meditation practice and heighten awareness, empowering individuals to successfully achieve their goals while cultivating emotional well-being.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Deep listening is a vital skill I’ve developed through meditation. When you listen from within, you become receptive to a subtle intelligence that consistently guides you in the right direction. Over time, I’ve learned to instinctively surrender to this gentle guiding force. This kind of listening has empowered my clients to hear themselves more clearly and become receptive to their deeper, wiser promptings. Listening with your heart and soul creates a level of awareness that is both healing and transformative.

My work is focused on creating the embodied experience of living an authentic soul-aligned and soul-expressed life. I train my clients in practical mysticism, bringing them into advanced states of inner awareness that we apply to the situations, conditions and challenges of their lives. The core pillars include: 1) grounding into knowing/feeling their intrinsic value, worth and lovability 2) understanding, honoring and following their natural operating system 3) healing and transforming limiting negative patterns through loving compassion and the expanded understanding of soul perspective 4) taking consistent guided action in the direction of their desires and soul purposes.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The secret to the phenomenal outcomes my clients experience lies with my unique psychic gifts and abilities to read their energy and soul essence. I’ve been honing these gifts with thousands of people since 1986 and my mastery grows as I grow. This enables me to get my clients into the deepest states of mystic attunement very rapidly. I help them develop a conscious connection to their own soul guidance and resources. Everything I do with clients is designed to strengthen and expand their own inner knowing, sovereignty, power, creativity and self-love.
