What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Using the Enneagram, principles of Integral Theory, and yoga philosophy, I help individuals become conscious of the ego patterns and stories that drive their way of thinking and showing up in the world. I co-create with them the steps needed to recognize and work with these patterns which immediately allows for greater freedom of choice so that they can respond intentionally to what is required in the present moment.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Both the nuanced and extraordinary wisdom of the Enneagram, along with my own life-long meditation practice has helped me to meet people where they are at. They have enabled me to understand another’s suffering without judgment, hold it, and offer personalized steps to overcome it, which allows for people to feel hope and experience transformation. The combination of personalism and the ability to see the underlying root of the suffering is what allows me to be of service to others.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I share an approach to meditation that has been time tested over thousands of years. Though spiritual in nature, it is incredibly practical and accessible to anyone seeking greater clarity, peace and joy in their lives. The practices I teach are more than an escape, they are a means for transformation. They have the power to truly change lives by returning us to a state of being untouched by suffering.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I guide experiences I am intimately familiar with myself. If I have enjoyed success as a teacher, it is thanks to my practice, which allows me to share practices as an unveiling of something that lives in me. I remain humble in the role of teacher and allow the practice to speak for itself. I welcome everyone just as they are. Love all, hate none. Embrace all, exclude none.

In guiding them to develop a more mindful way of living along with deep self-compassion, they experience a true shift in their overall life satisfaction, and are able to meet whatever arises with fortitude and grace.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that’s contributed to my success in helping others, besides a four-year training in spiritual healing and counseling, is committing to my own meditation practice. This led me to become certified to teach meditation through a program that fit with my philosophy, while being strongly grounded in Buddhist psychology and current neuroscience.
