The Top Leadership Development Coaches

A leadership development coach gives you all the tools you need to become a good leader. First of all, they help you define leadership and your own leadership style. Next, they help you utilize your strengths and expand upon them to become a better leader. They will show you how to get your team to trust you and follow your ideas and goals for the team. A good leadership development coach will help you learn how to give feedback and provide support without being critical.

After college, I worked in a corporate setting for 10 years and earned my MBA; I married my husband and we had two kids. Two months after our first child was born, we moved to London for “two to three years” for my husband’s job.
