What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I address limiting beliefs, transforming perspectives and behaviors to help my clients reach their goals. As an ontologically-trained coach, I focus on the “being” aspect of my clients, helping them understand and reshape their self-identity, values, and beliefs. This deep internal work enables them to shift their mindset, enhance their emotional intelligence, and cultivate authentic leadership. Using my knowledge of emotional intelligence and the neuropsychology of the female mind, we create a new way of being and working that delivers results, fosters creativity, and encourages contribution in the workplace. I have facilitated many remarkable transformations with my unique strategies and methodologies.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is that I practice what I coach and I am a living example of the work itself. My dedication to continued growth and self imagination, has supported a thousand executives grow and launch businesses that leave a positive legacy in the world. I inspire rather than motivate. I take a powerful stand for my clients’ vision and invite them to dream bigger. I am always available for my clients and I am their biggest fan.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I support decision-makers to take the best decisions for their team that ensures a win-win situation for the business and the people. I do so by delivering talent development programs that fill the team’s needs and train them to close their performance gaps according to each member’s background, expertise and key strengths thereby ensuring that the best ROI for the business. I also take on individual clients that are hungry for personal growth and career development to enable them to lead their lives where they experience alignment, purposefulness, fulfilment and satisfaction. I distinctly use the power of science to rationalize and simplify complex human challenges and deliver to my clients practical actionable steps that help them become in proximity with their better versions.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The most critical element that contributed to my success is my grounding of the essential pillars for visionary leadership in actionable distinctions to be trained on (that I myself practice everyday) and not informational readings or a list of should-do instructions. I also coined the decision-making wheel that combines mindset and process actions in a background of biology, process development combined with elements of simplicity and fun. I use the same model of transformation of the lifecycle of a fly to reflect the phases of development and the lifecycle of a human. This enabling transformative fun environment I generate for my clients is changing the future of human development education to be seen as fun, enriching and insightful instead of overwhelming, boring and ineffective. Personally, my most critical element of success has been that I walk the walk and I authentically share my journey for growth and enlightenment.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I make a difference by connecting with Leaders, enabling them to generate insights that trigger profound change within themselves. I believe that the challenges people face at work are rooted in communication and relationships, including the relationship we have with ourselves. By sharing powerful techniques from NLP, Neuroleadership, and Conscious Leadership, I help individuals develop greater self-awareness and transform their approach to leadership. Through coaching and mentoring, I empower others to master the art of communication and build stronger, more authentic relationships. I am a catalyst for human change, my clients have the ‘ingredients,’ I help them rise in awareness.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

In my 30 years as a coach, I have found that structure is the most critical contributor to my success. Starting with the GROW model, I incorporated NLP techniques, David Rock’s SCARF model, and the Conscious Leadership Group’s framework to create a comprehensive approach. Just as our bodies need a skeleton to function and move, coaching requires a well-defined structure to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve their goals. By utilizing these proven models and methodologies, I have been able to consistently guide my clients towards personal and professional breakthroughs, empowering them to reach their full potential.

After college, I worked in a corporate setting for 10 years and earned my MBA; I married my husband and we had two kids. While overseas – for what turned out to be 13 years! – I traded in my career to raise our kids and manage our busy home and active family.
