What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I take a holistic approach in coaching my clients towards self-confidence and inner abundance. My coaching philosophy is grounded in both evidence-based principles as well as spiritually-informed perspectives, and clients have often told me that our work together is therapeutic. Acing a job interview isn’t just about saying the right words; it’s also about embodying a grounded You who knows from the inside-out that what you have to offer is valuable. Learning how to exude a confident, inner peace is powerful for attracting what you desire and benefits you in multiple ways beyond just acing an interview.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The success I’ve experienced thus far can be attributed to me continuing to work on myself throughout my journey. No person is perfect and has it all figured out, and that’s what supports me in being able to show up with acceptance and non-judgment for my clients. As I’ve grown in the last 10 years, I’ve become more and more intuitive, as well. This is an element that repeatedly yields powerful insights and confirmations for my clients as they choose to own more of their innate value and learn how to self-lovingly move forward.
Cynthia Corsetti
Cynthia Corsetti is an executive coach, consultant, and speaker with a strong emphasis on coaching leaders in (or on the way to) the C-Suite. Her signature system CARE to Lead️ combines applicable skills and neuroscience to create transformation. Cynthia’s clients value her ability to see the nuances in human interaction and how to leverage these nuances to enhance corporate strategy.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Our philosophy is that all leaders inherently possess the knowledge to solve important personal and business challenges, but often lack the skills and processes to do it repeatedly. The implementation of specific, skills-based protocols, in addition to deep internal reflection, bring exponential growth and problem solving within reach. The four pillars of CARE to Lead (CLARITY, AUTHENTICITY, RESPONSIBILITY, ENGAGEMENT) are designed to give leaders the concrete and immediately applicable skills they need to tackle today’s unique challenges.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I’m not sure there is a ‘single’ most important thing. It’s truly a combination of the Co-Active Coaching model that I’ve used now for 15 years, and the use of the latest research in neuroscience and positive psychology methods. Using this combination, has added to my ability to help leaders transform both professionally and personally.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I work with businesses and professionals to ensure they achieve interview success. With professionals this does not just mean structuring the answers to ensure it makes maximum impact but also working on mindset and body language.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I work with my clients to individually tailor each program to suit them. Some might need to work on their confidence, others need to learn to tailor their confidence so it does not come across as arrogant. Also because I am still recruiting they are getting the latest information not something that worked 2 years ago.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
“The single most important thing since starting Delta Coaching has been to go the extra mile for my clients and always aiming overdeliver – both in my 1-on-1 coaching and through online products.
