What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Imagine fuelling your days with boundless energy! I help busy individuals to unlock their true potential, one step at a time, on their own terms,  by treating energy like life’s currency – not something you “make,” but something you manage. Through “fatigue inventories” and “energy inventories,” you’ll learn to conquer life’s challenges and age strong, not depleted. Expert in stress management, sleep and recovery.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

20+ years in the corporate trenches taught me the truth: travel, stress, and deadlines crush work-life balance. You deserve to thrive, not just survive! That’s why I coach executives like using motivational interviewing and constructive, judgment-free guidance. We find what works for YOU, not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about sustainable performance and aging stronger, both inside and out of the boardroom.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I help women focus on what they want in their lives and create a strategic path for them to achieve goals. I also train entrepreneurs, including coaches, to effectively communicate their unique selling points.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

After undergoing breast cancer treatment in 2010, I re-envisioned my life as I wanted to live it. I closed my PR agency and started over with the goal of helping other women reinvent their lives on their terms and prioritize their self-care. I became a certified coach, launched my podcasts and wrote two books and continue to write and speak on topics that I enjoy.

Dr. Linda Carr

Dr. Linda Carr is a medical educator and learning specialist with extensive experience providing academic services for medical students and faculty at allopathic and osteopathic medical schools. Since 2009, Dr. Carr has operated a unique virtual coaching program for physicians in residency, fellowship, or practice, who are preparing for specialty boards. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from The University of Michigan, specializing in Medical Education, Learning and Teaching, and Faculty Education.

The Top Health Coaches

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My experience working in medical schools with medical learners at all levels has given me a thorough understanding of the challenges physicians face in preparing for national medical boards. Each year, thousands of physicians fail to pass their board exams. The result is devastating—both personally and professionally. Sadly, very little is available to support them on their journey. While many medical specialty organizations offer board reviews, these programs do not necessarily result in successful board passage. Content alone is insufficient for passage. Successful preparation requires a multi-faceted approach, which my program provides.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

My coaching practice focuses on board preparation for physicians at the advanced stage of their career—from residency and fellowship training to practice. The program offers virtual one-to-one coaching, online tools, customized resources, and evidence-based academic strategies to help physicians succeed. The curriculum includes four critical areas: (1) learning how to learn, (2) time management, (3) test-taking strategies, and (4) test anxiety/stress reduction. The program incorporates realistic plans for meeting objectives on time and encourages meaningful productivity. It offers clarity, confidence, and strategic planning to diminish the feeling of being overwhelmed by the board preparation experience. My personalized approach and customized resources help clients stay on track and feel confident on their board exam day.

Dr. Melissa Mondala

Dr. Melissa Mondala is a triple specialist of family medicine,
lifestyle medicine, and integrative psychiatry. She is the co-founder of Dr. Lifestyle Clinic – a Direct Care practice that aims to reverse chronic diseases worldwide.   She is a health coach at heart because of her psychology background and her extra health wellness coaching certificate. She wears multiple hats but it’s the coach hat that brings about lifelong transformation.

The Top Health Coaches

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I support families with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. My coaching is based on nutrition, exercise, sleep, emotional resilience, and reducing toxins. I help motivated individuals and burned out leaders get their health & happiness back. This helps them thrive in respected fields with minimal mediations and increased lifespan.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important key to my success as a coach is to keep learning and to keep listening. Learning how to identify adverse child events (ACEs) either as micro or macro traumas help me identify the reasons for their behavioral barriers. Most traumas are unconscious and generations prior to birth.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

What separates my services from other practitioners is my integrative approach, compassionate inquiry, curiosity, and kindliness. I educate people in learning how to nourish their bodies,  minds & souls. My coaching is heavily informed by functional medicine principles that aim to uncover the root causes of my client’s dysfunction.  I am very collaborative, fiercely kindhearted, and inquisitive.  My approach allows anyone working with me to feel secure when they are vulnerable about personally sensitive information.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I attribute most of my success as a coach to my authenticity and unquenchable thirst for learning.  My coaching is very integrative and includes many techniques from a variety of modalities (i.e., psychotherapy, health coaching, acupressure, energy work).  My unyielding drive and tenacity have helped me the most in searching for the answers to the problems my clients face.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

When it comes to coaching, I firmly believe that each client is a one-of-a-kind individual with their own beliefs, experiences, and support systems. Drawing from my background in Psychology and my diverse international adventures, I’ve learned to appreciate the beauty of these differences. Through deep listening, thought-provoking questions, and a safe space for reflection, I guide my clients towards understanding what truly matters to them. Together, we create actionable plans with small steps that propel them closer to their vision of their best selves.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

It’s challenging to pinpoint a single most important factor that has contributed to my success as a coach. There are numerous elements that have played a significant role, including my Psychology degree, completion of one of the best Functional Medicine Health Coach training programs, the guidance of exceptional Mentor Coaches, my past experiences, and empathetic listening skills, among others. However, one aspect that stands out and deserves emphasis is my deep-rooted desire to help others. It is this genuine drive to make a positive impact that fuels my effectiveness as a Health Coach.

The Top Health Coaches

Corry Lang

Corry is a certified Regenerative Detoxification specialist and Iridologist. She helps women to determine the underlying root causes of their seemingly “incurable” illness (fibromyalgia, thyroid issues, autoimmune or “mystery” illness), and guides them to detoxify and heal themselves so they can start living again without pain, fatigue and pharmaceuticals.

The Top Health Coaches

She healed herself from debilitating lupus, fibromyalgia and Hashimoto’s symptoms, and guides her clients with customized herbal remedies and strategic detoxification programs to do the same.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My background is in Biology and biological sciences. I worked for twelve years in scientific research labs.

I healed myself from debilitating symptoms through Regenerative Detoxification. I studied and got certified in the method, added on from other influences/ doctors and designed my own detoxification programs. I now successfully help others with debilitating symptoms to detoxify and heal themselves as well.

I guess you could say that my coaching is different from others because I first successfully healed myself, and am now helping to bridge the gap between science and alternative healing (both are valid).

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is the fact that I had to heal myself first. There was lots of trial and error in the beginning but then I found a reliable and reproducible method, added on from other influences, and – after healing myself – designed strategic detoxification programs based on my successes and integrative, evidence based natural medicine. Because I was dealing with my own debilitating symptoms, I can very much relate to my clients’ pain and suffering. It’s my mission and my passion to show them a way to heal themselves that really works.

Zya Barceló

Health Coach Zya Barceló founded the Emotional Eating Institute to help clients identify the emotional triggers behind unhealthy eating habits. With a B.S. in Food and Nutrition, Barceló believes in personal growth and self-leadership. Her revolutionary program provides a self-discovery path that positively impacts all aspects of clients’ lives, enabling them to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

The Top Health Coaches

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My unique program involves helping people detangle and pinpoint their specific emotional eating triggers. I help clients comprehend the connection between outdated survival programming, limiting beliefs, and past distressing experiences. Recognizing that their defense mechanism constantly sabotages their ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we develop a strategy to adopt more beneficial coping mechanisms. Additionally, we release stuck emotions and physical sensations associated with these triggering events, ultimately allowing clients to have a neutral response to situations that once provoked emotional eating. I also resolve conflicts around self-image to foster a positive reflection when they look in the mirror.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Her unwavering passion for personal growth, coupled with her strong commitment to authenticity and integrity, are the driving forces behind her successful coaching career. She recognizes the significance of setting an exemplary standard and upholding high ethical conduct in her work. By consciously embodying the principles she teaches and maintaining self-accountability, she serves as an influential role model for her clients, instilling their trust and respect. “I am a staunch believer that the most crucial person we will ever lead is ourselves and therefore our ability to guide others is extrictly determined by the extent of our individual growth.”

I support ambitious high potentials with challenged nervous systems by helping them choose the most success critical Medical Medium® protocols for their situation and how to best integrate them into their daily life. What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach, besides of course applying the Medical Medium® protocols which really work, was learning from the best coach in my field, my mentor Muneeza Ahmed, Intuitive Medicine Woman, through many individual coaching and practitioner sessions, her comprehensive training programs and working as a support coach in her team since 2020. She helped me discover, uncover, unfold and expand my intuitive skills which probably was the most crucial part for my success as a coach.

Annie Delre

Annie Delre is a nationally board certified Health and Wellness Coach who has worked with hundreds of clients to help them achieve a life of confidence, wellness, and success.

Along with multiple certifications, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Integrative Wellness Coaching.

The Top Health Coaches

Annie is certified in multiple modalities: Integrative Wellness Coaching, Life & Success Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My coaching is different from others because I use multiple modalities in my coaching, focusing on both my mind and body. For example, I teach about Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) which allows my clients to understand and build awareness around their unconscious mind. Another example would be Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, which calms the amygdala in the brain, regulates our nervous system and reduces stress and anxiety.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I believe the single most important thing that has contributed to my success is earning my degrees and certifications, specifically my master’s degree in Integrative Wellness Coaching. Having that education allowed me the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients from different cultures and backgrounds, ranging from 15 years old with my eldest client being 84 years old. By being formally trained I’m able to support my clients in multiple modalities successfully and with confidence.

With 10K Instagram followers, and notable collabs with leading organizations such as LifeOmic (Life Fasting Tracker), Flowell, and the Primal Health Coach Institute, Marisa is on a mission to help others put an end to the confusion about what’s healthy and finally experience results that last.

The Top Health Coaches

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

When it comes to 1-on-1 coaching, my only agenda is the client’s agenda. I loyally meet my clients where they’re at. Every time. Clients thrive when they feel seen as a unique individual facing notable challenges. They deserve a compassionate, relatable coach that addresses their immediate challenges and fears so that coaching conversations stay intimately tied to whatever is most pressing to the client. That’s how I show up, and that’s what works to increase self-efficacy and make progress towards lasting change.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Although there are many things I can contribute to my success as a coach, I will zero in on my willingness to become the face of my brand and build social proof through public speaking. Whether through starting my own podcast, doing interviews on various podcasts and online summits, hosting webinars and workshops, coaching groups, and soon self-publishing a book on my fasting method, I’ve worked hard to get my name out there and allow the world to get to know me as a person and an expert in my field. Sure, it gets hard and I deal with self-doubt just like the next coach, but my resilience keeps me optimistic as I learn and grow in parallel with my audience and my peers.

Martina Fink

Martina Fink is a Holistic Health & Beauty Coach based in Switzerland and the host of The Glow Life Podcast, which has over 60k downloads. She helps perfectionist and high achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders overcome overwhelm, trust their intuition, and feel great in their body, so they can work and stress less, love themselves, and feel healthy and alive again through a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional health.

The Top Health Coaches

Martina has worked with brands like Your Super and Lavera, and has been featured by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and UBS, and has given over 30 podcast interviews.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My coaching is based on the foundations of holistic health, which includes not only food, but also other forms of nourishment, such as relationships, movement, spirituality, and fulfillment at work.

After being bullied, I became a people pleaser and did whatever I could to fit in. Until 2015, I was a Store Manager at Apple, and all I did was work, eat, sleep, often feeling exhausted, also partly due to my own high expectations. As a recovering perfectionist, I know first-hand what it’s like to battle overwhelm, stress, and feelings of unworthiness, AND there is a better life available.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing I teach women is to reconnect to their intuition and use the powerful mind-body connection to improve and glow up all areas of life through the energy and the simple signals our bodies continuously send us. The answers to their struggles can’t be found outside of them, but in the wisdom and the compassion of their heart. My Glow Life Method has helped hundreds of women break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and high expectations, and live a healthier, calmer life where they feel more confident and good enough the way they are.

The Top Health Coaches

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Firstly, my coaching style is holistic in the sense that I focus on the whole person. While nutrition and food is fundamental, it is not the only factor at play in health. How we nourish ourselves off the plate – in areas such as career, education, relationships, and more – is equally if not more important than the food on our plate. My goal is to act as a partner in my clients’ individual wellness transformations, guiding them towards discovering the lifestyle and nutritional modifications that switch their “healthy” genes on and their “unhealthy” genes off.  There is no  one-size-fits-all model; many avenues to health exist, and what works for one client may not work for another.

I help my clients make sense of what’s going on through the lens of a holistic and personalized approach to healing that is flexible, realistic, and approachable. My practice is client-led, so they decide what we work on together. By offering them the tools to understand their unique health blueprint, they are able to get to the root cause of their symptoms, implement positive lifestyle changes, stay accountable, build self-awareness, feel empowered, identify perceived barriers, explore areas of life that might be out of balance, and create long-term behavior change.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I feel that my coaching practice has worked so well for so many people because it is approachable, casual, and personal. We have fun, we laugh at ourselves, we get real, and we aren’t perfect. As you heal, I heal, and we both grow. I’m on my clients’ level, and I think that makes it easier and more enjoyable.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I teach people how to transform the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of their lives utilizing holistic practices in 30 days.  My coaching is based on ancient and intuitive principles in conjunction with homeopathy and medical research.  I am a proponent of using the Building A New Neural Pathway approach to help people rewire their brains to how they would be without trauma.  This approach encourages them to break barriers, demolish their limiting beliefs, and to inevitably adopt a more confident version of themselves.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing are my holistic health protocols and assignments I provide to my clients.  My protocols have helped reverse diseases and allowed people to get off their medications.  The assignments are based on the Inner Child Model, Thought Provoking Method, and Holistic Trauma/Behavioral Principles.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Most coaches focus on the mental and physical changes. There is much more than that. I focus not only on those, I also incorporate the emotional, spiritual and psychological. A lot of us carry so much baggage in those areas, that we continuously fall backwards in life. When we focus on shifting the mental, emotional, spiritual and psychological baggage, the physical weight drops off. All emotional eating is, is a symptom of something someone doesn’t want to have a face to face heart to heart conversation about. I help them uncover what’s really going on under the surface. I walk with them through it all.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is I show up and I never let them quit on themselves. Yes I have all sorts of certifications, knowledge and expertise in so many areas. People do not care about that, they care that you can help them.  Also, to me, what is important is making sure everyone is valued, appreciated and acknowledged and I do that by showing up, walking with them, being that person that will talk them off a ledge every time per se.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

In my approach I balance utilizing evidence based strategies with the intuitive arts in support of an individual’s health, wellness and happiness and the exploration and expression of their unique potentials. I believe each person has most of the resources required for their personal healing and fulfillment, and the coaching relationship can serve as a catalyst and support in that transformational unfolding. A guiding value is to understand the mind, to relieve suffering and promote growth.  My passion is to invite synchronicity in the exploration and celebration of the great mystery of being, honoring awe and enhancing ease.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Many elements converge, combine and interact for coaching success, including biological, psychological, spiritual, and relational. However it seems there is a significantly singular underlying factor: mindful-compassionate presence — a radical openness to the moment! That stance encourages and supports a creative, inter-active relational collaboration between the inner resources of an individual, (inner nature), synchronistic offerings of the natural world (outer nature), including one’s human community and the skills and life experience of the coach. Within the cauldron of these relationships and potentials an alchemical process can occur that allows insight supported transformation to a balanced, evolving and fulfilling life.

I work with individuals to make small, meaningful changes that lead to long-term results. It is all about making diet and lifestyle changes sustainable or else the results will only be short-lived. I encourage clients to strive for progress and not perfection.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing contributing to my success as a coach is listening to the needs of my clients and making coaching programs and content that can actually benefit them. Being receptive to feedback and adjusting your strategy accordingly is key. At the end of the day, it is all about the client, so they should always be the focus.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My approach is anchored upon two concepts: Ancestral health—the lifestyle factors that contributed to human health before civilization—and my motto, “helping others put an end to the confusion about what’s healthy.” With the amount of conflicting advice out there, my clients appreciate the help connecting what they know to be true for themselves with what makes sense in the bigger picture. Everything I do with my clients is fluid and ever-changing to meet their needs. I guide them to increase self-awareness and forget the rules so they can end dieting and create their own formula for what works.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important influence for me is The Primal Health Coach Institute. Early on, I was featured on their blog, and that eventually led me to join the team as a weekly writer for their blog. They’re the reason I became board-certified, and they’ve provided me with an engaging community of inspiring alumni coaches to converse and collaborate with. Thanks to that supportive community, I began speaking on dozens of summits, took more risks, and made many friends. The possibilities continue to amaze me, and I’m forever thankful for my primal family.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?ching different from others?

My approach to coaching is different from many others because I don’t focus on two or three areas of Performance. My clients and I in partnership, investigate them all. No stone is unturned. I believe there are seven large areas of performance that need to be taken into account. Also, we explore what the client needs in that moment, not what is part of a pre-determined plan or schedule. I listen to my clients, and if that means they need to go back to square one, that is what we will do.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The biggest factor to my success as a coach was to let go of any ego, listen more intently and let the client lead the coaching session as opposed to me over consulting trying to reach a particular outcome. My ICF and NBC-HWC trainings were invaluable for this self-realization.
