What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

When it comes to 1-on-1 coaching, my only agenda is the client’s agenda. I loyally meet my clients where they’re at. Every time. Clients thrive when they feel seen as a unique individual facing notable challenges. They deserve a compassionate, relatable coach that addresses their immediate challenges and fears so that coaching conversations stay intimately tied to whatever is most pressing to the client. That’s how I show up, and that’s what works to increase self-efficacy and make progress towards lasting change.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Although there are many things I can contribute to my success as a coach, I will zero in on my willingness to become the face of my brand and build social proof through public speaking. Whether through starting my own podcast, doing interviews on various podcasts and online summits, hosting webinars and workshops, coaching groups, and soon self-publishing a book on my fasting method, I’ve worked hard to get my name out there and allow the world to get to know me as a person and an expert in my field. Sure, it gets hard and I deal with self-doubt just like the next coach, but my resilience keeps me optimistic as I learn and grow in parallel with my audience and my peers.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My coaching is based on the foundations of holistic health, which includes not only food, but also other forms of nourishment, such as relationships, movement, spirituality, and fulfillment at work.

After being bullied, I became a people pleaser and did whatever I could to fit in. Until 2015, I was a Store Manager at Apple, and all I did was work, eat, sleep, often feeling exhausted, also partly due to my own high expectations. As a recovering perfectionist, I know first-hand what it’s like to battle overwhelm, stress, and feelings of unworthiness, AND there is a better life available.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing I teach women is to reconnect to their intuition and use the powerful mind-body connection to improve and glow up all areas of life through the energy and the simple signals our bodies continuously send us. The answers to their struggles can’t be found outside of them, but in the wisdom and the compassion of their heart. My Glow Life Method has helped hundreds of women break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and high expectations, and live a healthier, calmer life where they feel more confident and good enough the way they are.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Firstly, my coaching style is holistic in the sense that I focus on the whole person. While nutrition and food is fundamental, it is not the only factor at play in health. How we nourish ourselves off the plate – in areas such as career, education, relationships, and more – is equally if not more important than the food on our plate. My goal is to act as a partner in my clients’ individual wellness transformations, guiding them towards discovering the lifestyle and nutritional modifications that switch their “healthy” genes on and their “unhealthy” genes off.  There is no  one-size-fits-all model; many avenues to health exist, and what works for one client may not work for another.

I help my clients make sense of what’s going on through the lens of a holistic and personalized approach to healing that is flexible, realistic, and approachable. My practice is client-led, so they decide what we work on together. By offering them the tools to understand their unique health blueprint, they are able to get to the root cause of their symptoms, implement positive lifestyle changes, stay accountable, build self-awareness, feel empowered, identify perceived barriers, explore areas of life that might be out of balance, and create long-term behavior change.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

I feel that my coaching practice has worked so well for so many people because it is approachable, casual, and personal. We have fun, we laugh at ourselves, we get real, and we aren’t perfect. As you heal, I heal, and we both grow. I’m on my clients’ level, and I think that makes it easier and more enjoyable.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

Most coaches focus on the mental and physical changes. There is much more than that. I focus not only on those, I also incorporate the emotional, spiritual and psychological. A lot of us carry so much baggage in those areas, that we continuously fall backwards in life. When we focus on shifting the mental, emotional, spiritual and psychological baggage, the physical weight drops off. All emotional eating is, is a symptom of something someone doesn’t want to have a face to face heart to heart conversation about. I help them uncover what’s really going on under the surface. I walk with them through it all.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing is I show up and I never let them quit on themselves. Yes I have all sorts of certifications, knowledge and expertise in so many areas. People do not care about that, they care that you can help them.  Also, to me, what is important is making sure everyone is valued, appreciated and acknowledged and I do that by showing up, walking with them, being that person that will talk them off a ledge every time per se.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

In my approach I balance utilizing evidence based strategies with the intuitive arts in support of an individual’s health, wellness and happiness and the exploration and expression of their unique potentials. I believe each person has most of the resources required for their personal healing and fulfillment, and the coaching relationship can serve as a catalyst and support in that transformational unfolding. A guiding value is to understand the mind, to relieve suffering and promote growth.  My passion is to invite synchronicity in the exploration and celebration of the great mystery of being, honoring awe and enhancing ease.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

Many elements converge, combine and interact for coaching success, including biological, psychological, spiritual, and relational. However it seems there is a significantly singular underlying factor: mindful-compassionate presence — a radical openness to the moment! That stance encourages and supports a creative, inter-active relational collaboration between the inner resources of an individual, (inner nature), synchronistic offerings of the natural world (outer nature), including one’s human community and the skills and life experience of the coach. Within the cauldron of these relationships and potentials an alchemical process can occur that allows insight supported transformation to a balanced, evolving and fulfilling life.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I work with individuals to make small, meaningful changes that lead to long-term results. It is all about making diet and lifestyle changes sustainable or else the results will only be short-lived. I encourage clients to strive for progress and not perfection.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing contributing to my success as a coach is listening to the needs of my clients and making coaching programs and content that can actually benefit them. Being receptive to feedback and adjusting your strategy accordingly is key. At the end of the day, it is all about the client, so they should always be the focus.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My approach is anchored upon two concepts: Ancestral health—the lifestyle factors that contributed to human health before civilization—and my motto, “helping others put an end to the confusion about what’s healthy.” With the amount of conflicting advice out there, my clients appreciate the help connecting what they know to be true for themselves with what makes sense in the bigger picture. Everything I do with my clients is fluid and ever-changing to meet their needs. I guide them to increase self-awareness and forget the rules so they can end dieting and create their own formula for what works.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important influence for me is The Primal Health Coach Institute. Early on, I was featured on their blog, and that eventually led me to join the team as a weekly writer for their blog. They’re the reason I became board-certified, and they’ve provided me with an engaging community of inspiring alumni coaches to converse and collaborate with. Thanks to that supportive community, I began speaking on dozens of summits, took more risks, and made many friends. The possibilities continue to amaze me, and I’m forever thankful for my primal family.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?ching different from others?

My approach to coaching is different from many others because I don’t focus on two or three areas of Performance. My clients and I in partnership, investigate them all. No stone is unturned. I believe there are seven large areas of performance that need to be taken into account. Also, we explore what the client needs in that moment, not what is part of a pre-determined plan or schedule. I listen to my clients, and if that means they need to go back to square one, that is what we will do.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The biggest factor to my success as a coach was to let go of any ego, listen more intently and let the client lead the coaching session as opposed to me over consulting trying to reach a particular outcome. My ICF and NBC-HWC trainings were invaluable for this self-realization.
