What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I successfully help professionals liberate from addictions, stress, anxiety, and emotional & physical pain. To ditch their fears within three months and live a happy life with my coaching program and Rapid Transformational Therapy.
My clients actively shape their life, set healthy boundaries, are confident, get out of dysfunctional relationships, start new hobbies, increase their contentment, and respect and love themself with all their edges, wishes, and needs.
My authenticity, clear understanding of what they live through, the challenges they face, the pain they feel, my proven leadership skills, and my life experience allow my clients to trust me.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
When I dared to be authentic, be myself, and share my failures.
It resulted in my professional coaching due to business owners and entrepreneurs wanting me to coach them. To teach them how to step into their power. To be resilient in moments of adversity. How to build back again.
Rapid Transformational Therapy and my Certificate as Clinical Hypnotherapist allow me to offer an extraordinary combination to support my clients in the best possible way to achieve remarkable results.
Ida Abdalkhani

Her varied background and strategic thinking give her a unique point of view in supporting others as they tackle team dynamics, finding happiness in their careers, unleashing creativity and defining passion and purpose to form their life’s mission.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Ida’s understanding of consumer behavior and motivational psychology are the most important contributors to her success as a coach. Her ability to understand one’s “why”–and to help others peel back the layers to get there, help her connect in a way that is more meaningful and purposeful in her coaching work.
Dannie De Novo
Dannie De Novo is an elite happiness coach and international bestselling author. After having battled depression and anxiety for most of her early life, Dannie set out on a course to learn what true happiness was for her and for the sake of her baby girl. Now, Dannie regularly appears on TV news and talk shows as an expert on creating happiness and purpose, combating loneliness and depression, and managing anxiety.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching is different because of my perspective. Not too long ago, I was the expert in unhappiness. On day, I caught my daughter, who wasn’t even a year old, mimicking me. It became apparent that she was copying me, and I was teaching her how to live a lonely, depressed, and unfulfilled life. I set out to learn everything I could about happiness so that she would never have to suffer through the depression and anxiety I had lived with most of my life. I lived and studied happiness at the highest level so that I could teach it on the highest level.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is that I am able to hold space for my clients through the most extreme of circumstances. I believe this is for two reasons: 1) I’ve lived through some pretty extreme circumstances of my own and learned from them and 2) I continue to do the same work I require of my clients on a daily basis.
Elfriede Abrakata
Elfriede Abrakata is a happiness Coach that specializes in helping people discover and maintain true happiness while being authentic to who they truly are. She specializes in helping millennials because she connects to them the most. Although she focuses on millennials, she believes that it’s possible to live your best life at any age.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My coaching is exceptional because I’m honest and straightforward when it comes to telling people what’s holding them back from living their best lives. I love to go deep with my clients into areas that they didn’t even notice were not productive. I help my clients discover what they truly desire in life and help them put together a plan to get to their goals. I stand by them as their coach and accountability partner.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The thing that has helped me the most would be my pursuit for my passion. It’s very easy to feel imposter syndrome and to feel that there are already a lot of coaches out there so what makes me special? I not only keep going but I try to do the best that I can because I genuinely love what I do and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
Ailie Steel
Ailie Steel is a trauma-informed well-being for success coach on a mission to support you to create long term sustainable happiness and reach your goals with ease.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Having lived for over a decade with complex chronic illnesses and having started as a chronic illness mentor, she has a deep understanding of the different and unique challenges that individuals face on the journey to their goals while also having deeper insight and knowledge into long term energy management and emotional regulation.
She also has a deep interest in somatic work and how reacting to certain situations can be processed through your body and not just through mindset work (though she does still understand the importance of mindset work additionally).
She is passionate about you winning no matter the cards you’ve been dealt. She cares deeply about supporting high-achievers to get off the emotional rollercoaster that goal chasing can bring while learning to create contentment and happiness within.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing has been building up the skill and muscle of resilience paired with well-being. When you feel confident that no matter what happens throughout your day, you can end it feeling content and with the knowledge that you have the ability to support yourself and find yourself smiling not only about what you’ve accomplished but because you’re genuinely looking forward to tomorrow, there’s nothing you can’t handle or achieve.
Inese Muceniece
Inese Muceniece calls herself a Happiness Coach. Being a certified Integrative life & career coach, her mission is to empower and inspire aspiring people to improve their well-being and happiness in their professional and personal lives. Being an advocate of well-being, mindfulness, and happiness, she is using a holistic approach to her coaching, helping people to build more balanced and fulfilled lives.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I love to use a holistic approach in my coaching, meaning – looking at any life challenges from the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual perspectives. I believe that a happy balance lies within all those parts that make us whole human beings. It does not matter if it is a career transition or a difficult relationship with your past, all the parts of you and your life will play a role in how you perceive the situation. Therefore, I try to look at life holistically and help find the best solution for each individual.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
To be honest, I don’t believe there is a single most important thing so far… as in my experience success is a combination of things that keep adding to each other. If I have to highlight one – never stopping to be curious and deepening my own understanding of self and others is what makes me going and growing. My latest contributions and gifts that have impacted my practice are the concepts of gratitude, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
Heena Sharma

Jim Smith
I’m Jim Smith, The Executive Happiness Coach®, and my passion is to create a Happier World and Workplace, one Leader at a time — and maybe you’re next!
I arrived at a conference wearing a t-shirt, scarf, and jacket. The organizer pulls me to the side and says, “we’ve got our staff photographer here, we want to get your picture before she leaves.” I was unprepared.
The photographer told me I looked uncomfortable in my sport coat, so she tossed my stuff on the floor. I’m freezing in this picture – it was a chilly day in midtown Manhattan, and the lobby/temporary photo studio was unheated but for sunlight. Yet I love this photo because it’s the first professional shoot I’ve done without looking “corporate.” Excuse the hands in my pockets — I was keeping them warm!
Karen Griffith
Since 2005, I have been trying to find my purpose, my dharma in life. I have experienced several setbacks in the past 16 years. Mental health challenges, redundancies, friend’s deaths, financial difficulties, burnout and other health issues. It seemed that the more that I relied on the external, people, places and things the unhappier I became.
After redundancy from a 13 year post I decided to explore other options through coaching. I loved it so much that I got coached in other areas in my life and before I knew it became a ICF ACSTH Professional coach. I also hold a ICF certificate in Wellness Coaching. I now help clients become happier more fulfilled versions of themselves. My values for coaching are happiness, freedom, passion and growth.
Inge Dowden
Hi! I’m Inge Dowden and I help people be happy and successful at work.
I’m originally from the Netherlands and moved to England in 1995. With a degree in International Business and parents who ran their own international textiles company, I had always wanted to work in international business and at the age of 28, I fulfilled my ambition to become an Export Manager in an engineering company. OK, so the engineering bit had not been part of the dream, but I still loved my job.
I travelled the world, met people from different cultures and really enjoyed the challenge of helping people become successful at selling our products. I’ve always been a bit of a language freak (aka a Polyglot) so being able to use my language skills was all part of the fun.
I was also happily married and planning on having a family. Life couldn’t have been better.

I headed up the HR, L&D, Recruitment and Talent functions until August 2015. As a facilitator and member of the Simply Business Leadership Network (high potential team), I played a key role in the project which launched a successful distributed/ flexible working engagement and culture-change initiative. I delivered performance and strengths-based coaching and development sessions to high potential employees, leaders and their teams using the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series and MBTI.
