THE TOP FINANCIAL COACHES
A Financial Coach is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) who acts as the client’s guide and mentor when making financial decisions. A financial coach doesn’t suggest specific stocks or mutual funds to buy or recommend, but rather helps a client define his financial goals and decide how to achieve them.
A coach guides a client as he explores different options, including alternative investments and insurance policies.

Depending on the specific job, a coach could also be a tax preparer, estate planner, or insurance broker. A Financial Coach is someone who can encourage you in the face of adversity to establish a smarter approach to your finances and work with you to put the correct financial plan into action. A Financial Coach will listen to your concerns and help turn your dreams into a reality.
Each financial coaches, each with their unique style trying to help the clients, and asked them what’s extraordinary about their coaching and what has endorsed their massive success.

I coach my customers on developing a full restoration plan that empowers action and defeats debt. I teach the power of negotiating with creditors, how to read a credit report, how to challenge creditors with errors on their credit report. A big part of my coaching is educating my clients about the credit card industry so they can negotiate and operate on more favorable terms.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach are the crooked banks and upside down credit system designed to bewilder and confuse the average consumer so they can slide further and further into debt. It wans’t too long ago I was one of the bewildered consumers chasing my tail in debt and making all the wrong financial decisions. When I gained access to the information and obtained my certifications, I dedicated myself to uplift my clients help 5000 families become financially independent.

I use the unique experiences I have gained in legal practice and financial planning practice to bring a creative approach to formulating solutions to challenges being faced by these individuals and businesses. What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing is the separation of specific financial product solutions from what you need in reaching your financial goals, but rather what is important is the discovery of the relationship you have with money, then an understanding for yourself of what is important to you in life and finally what YOUR own number is for that.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing is that I like to make money fun. I am a real person. I don’t speak in technical financial jargon; I make money simple and understandable. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My unique coaching empowers female financial advisors to fearlessly embrace their authentic selves and leverage their natural strengths as women to create a more successful practice. Women have felt like secondary citizens in the financial world for far too long. Many female advisors feel uninspired and “boxed in” by the traditional model for doing business.
Our proprietary femXadvisor business model leverages women’s strengths, increases their energy, and accelerates success on their terms. femXadvisor started with coaching advisors on marketing to women but evolved into so much more and is a necessary resource for female advisors.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My mom has always been my greatest supporter, telling me, “Go for it, Adri!”. I built a successful financial practice raising three young children as a single mother. I carved my path focusing on relationships over prospecting, inspiring instead of selling, and motivating over closing. My desire to empower my female clients and lead other women blossomed. Over time, I coached other women advisors on my authentic approach to success. In 2004, I launched my coaching practice because many women advisors faced the same challenges. I want women to have an easier way to succeed while creating an extraordinary life.

I support small business owners and entrepreneurs with a holistic approach to their money. While I evaluate and address their finances separately, we need to take the overall goals of each into consideration to create the best plan. I teach clients how the business can support and help them build their ideal lifestyle and legacy goals.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Investing in myself throughout my career has been instrumental in my success and growth as a coach. One of my first coaches taught me to stop trying to chase all the things and focus on one metric and one system at a time, and to become consistent with it. Thanks to her, I have developed systems in all areas of my business and personal life over time (including money of course!) that have had the compound effect to get me where I am today.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I don’t even ask for numbers until I meet with my clients in the third session. I guide my clients in answering their “whys” first.
My clients and I identify a money script that is no longer serving them, and I create small changes to that money script that they work on weekly until they arrive at a money script that emulates their money aligning with their values.
I meet with my clients weekly and give homework in between each session so that my clients are continuing to keep that awareness top of mind.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing is holding the space for each prospect and client with openness, safety, and confidentiality. Each of those factors fosters trust, and ultimately my clients know that they can trust me in guiding them to the path where they will achieve their financial goals.

Steven L. Stack
I grew up in a Southern household which included my parents, siblings & I. While my parents didn’t come from great financial means, they provided a rich inheritance of faith, character, stewardship, generosity & love that I’m deeply grateful for to this day. Some of the things that I learned from an early age were the importance of giving, living within my means & saving for a rainy day which were the building blocks to me becoming a millionaire at age 31.

A big turning point for me came while in college at Clemson when I realized that I could not save my way to wealth; I had to invest! This set me on a path to discover how to make money work for me with the understanding that I would one day help others do the same. Now here I am almost two decades later having helped so many discover the things I’ve learned along the way!
