What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I work with clients on multiple levels of consciousness. Part healer, part seer, part therapist, I offer a style of life coaching and business coaching that exceeds our earthly limitations. My Conscious Life Coaching is both mystical and pragmatic. This process may seem elusive without someone to answer all your questions about the unseen order, but I will make it seem as simple as the law of gravity (because it is).
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The foundation of my coaching is the Conscious Meditations™ that are the core of my Consciously Awesome coaching program. Conscious Meditation™ is a unique technique I developed to help clients access their higher levels of consciousness even as they move throughout their daily lives. Imagine accessing the source of all creativity, intuition, peace, bliss, and love simply by utilizing the abilities you were born with — no matter what else is happening in your life or our unpredictable world.

“The real discovery in life is not in looking for new lands, but in seeing through new eyes.”
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I help people find the faith in themselves to face uncertainty, to step out and try new things and then learn from their mistakes. It sounds simple, but being comfortable with uncertainty is how people’s lives dramatically change. I am passionate about helping people learn to embrace “the squeeze” as a natural part of life and a REQUIRED part of living their highest potential. “Going for it” at times can be scary and definitely eye-opening, but with my support they can feel a deep sense of self and a deep knowing that they can survive and do absolutely ANYTHING. I use my intuition, listening skills, and empathy to help people to explore their judgments, fears, and limiting thoughts so they can reconnect with their inner bravery and live freer, more truthful lives.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Bad news – good news… I learned being Fearless is impossible! I have since discovered that truly bold and courageous people feel fear, accept it AND then they do it anyway…do what they are most afraid of. That was liberating for me. So now I help people realize that failure is inevitable no matter how hard you try to avoid it or how perfect you try to be. So we reframe the “failure” and find a way for them to not only survive, but eventually thrive no matter the situation. The truth is being “Fearless” is a lifeless goal. It means you stop taking risks, are afraid to lead, voice an unpopular opinion or try something new. When you try to reject fear, you miss out on fear’s most energizing aspects. Stepping into the great unknown is… motivating, invigorating, galvanizing, sexy, risky, provocative. So, I decided to accept failure, rather than pretend like it wasn’t going to happen. This doesn’t mean I gave up or I didn’t believe in my ability to have an outstanding life, but it did mean I stopped being so darn afraid of failure and freaking out when it occurred. What happened was, I’ve failed my way to success, because the failures helped me learn and definitely grow.
Carol CC Miller
Carol CC Miller is a beacon of positivity and the founder of Positive Focus and Global Hugs. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
My expertise lies in reframing mindsets and behaviors to cultivate self-confidence and self-worth, igniting personal growth toward an extraordinary life. Whether clients seek personal or professional guidance, I encourage them to align their thoughts, words, and actions with their dreams, clearing the path to success. Rooted in positive psychology and emotional intelligence, my coaching style maximizes celebrations while minimizing sorrows and challenges through a positive focus. My mission is to help them embrace the full spectrum of their lives, enabling the fullest expression of their true selves to unfold, which is LOVE.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
At the core of my work is the fundamental concept of ‘seeing’ individuals for who they are and where they are while acknowledging their dreams. It’s about validating their unique experiences and charting a positive course forward. Having them recognize their fears allows them to dissipate and is transformative. Viewing roadblocks as temporary hurdles, not destinations, is crucial. Reminding them of the power of choice will enable them to infuse positivity into their thoughts, words, and actions, propelling them toward embracing a life they yearn to live and deserve.
Jennifer R
Jennifer R is a certified life coach who believes that no barrier is insurmountable.
Jennifer has been a coach and mentor since the 90s and in that time has successfully coached many women to live a life that they truly love. Jennifer has previously worked as a manager in the third sector and brings her life experience and transferable skills to her coaching practice.

I support women who are tired of feeling stuck in their lives to become enabled and empowered and to become the best version of themselves. I use transformational life coaching using my amazing coaching package and charge £50.00 per hour. – I am not in coaching as you can see from this for the money. I thrive on making a difference to those that I work with to coach. I live in Scotland in the UK and work globally with my clientele.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is my ability to engender trust and build rapport, empower and motivate with all of those that I come into contact with. I also am committed to my own continued professional development and participate in regular study to enhance my coaching practice.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Instead of focusing on external factors and how to navigate them, I focus on coaching the individual – the whole person; their relationship to self and with others. My coaching approach can be applied both to a business/corporate setting or a home dynamic to significantly improve relationships and overall success.
By implementing my simple steps to encourage self awareness, improve communication, enhance understanding, develop empathy, enhance culture, improve effectiveness, and strengthen relationships overall, you can have a completely revolutionized outlook and result in 7 short weeks.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most valuable lesson I’ve learned that I attribute to my success is this: Meet people where they’re at.
Often time we outline goals for people without first assessing their personality, their strengths, weaknesses, personal growth goals, preferences, or how they are feeling within their respective role.
Without first knowing people, we cannot lay out the proper tangible steps in order for them to achieve their goals.
We, instead, should walk along side those we are coaching and lead by example, creating a personalized plan of action so we can be of much more value to them as we support.
Nancy Harris
Nancy Harris is a Transformational Life Coach and Holistic Psychotherapist with 20 years in private practice. She has been chosen as one of Denver, CO’s, best life coaches for seven consecutive years by Expertise. Her highly intuitive, psycho-spiritual style and compassionate presence combined with solid professional training and expertise is what clients most comment on and appreciate.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Over my 20 years of private practice and work on myself, I have honed what I feel are the most powerful transformational tools and modalities. I teach these to my clients. My work is psycho-spiritual. I help my clients connect with their inner guidance and learn to trust something other than their over-used rational, linear minds that keep them stuck and in fear. I get them to listen more to their feelings and their bodies. We get clear on what they truly desire and clear the blocks to receiving these things while taking consistent inspired actions.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I think what has attributed most to my success is my love for people, my insatiable quest to evolve and my joy in seeing others fulfill their dreams and potential. I believe in my clients. I hold the space for them to grow and transform when they may not yet believe in themselves. I have seen my clients do amazing things. I know that if one connects with their true heart’s desire, it is meant to be fulfilled. I believe the Universe does not give us a dream to set us up to fail. Sometimes we just need a guide or mentor to lead us through the darkness and obstacles until we can find our own light. Then we can fly on our own.
Vanessa Marie

It is my true passion to witness their progress and contribute to their journey towards realizing their dreams.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
What distinguishes me is my focus on setting clients up for success, celebrating even the smallest achievement to build up their confidence. Rather than rushing toward their goals, we take gradual steps that strengthen a foundation meant to last a lifetime. I emphasize that there are no quick fixes, encouraging a sustainable growth. And in a world of information overload, my “Awaken the True You” system integrates neuroscience and psychology for digestible, relatable guidance. Genuinely connecting with clients, I ensure accountability and full investment in their transformative journey. This approach, fostering celebration, sustainable growth, and personal connection, sets me apart.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important contributing factor to my success is my personal experience of overcoming struggles. Collaboratively addressing the diverse needs of women is essential, and I am able to empathize deeply with the challenges they face. This shared understanding allows me to build trust and foster a safe space for growth. By approaching my work with compassion and without judgment, I create an environment where women can freely explore and develop. I firmly believe that this empathetic approach, rooted in personal experience, has played a pivotal role in my coaching success.

This model empowers my clients to recognize that they are in charge of their lives and every change begins with them. When women are empowered, they flourish in their confidence, power and impact, creating joy, peace and purpose.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing are my tools and techniques developed for the Release, Recreate, and Rise model and Me Time program. My next big impact will be the release of Becoming the Phoenix.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I coach and create from deep love and place of wholeness – I don’t see
my clients as someone with problems, rather experience them as human
beings seeking wholeness, and struggling to love themselves.
I work with leaders to help them become their highest version, connect
with higher purpose & meaning in life and lead with true inner power.
When I’m deeply connected to the unconditional love within me, and coach

wholeness and peace in that sacred space; solutions and transformations
happen naturally with deep meaningful conversations in that space.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a
coach is – Deep Inner Work: Success in any field is directly
proportional to the inner work you do.

nothing is going to work for me. I constantly remind myself to keep things
light, stay in the present moment and have fun.

Joan Ridsdel
My journey with emotional eating and body dissatisfaction began when I was incredibly young and led to my first official diet when I was ten. I believed with all my heart that if I lost weight, I would feel normal, fit in with my friends, and be able to wear a bathing suit without feeling like I wanted to hide. This began decades of dieting, food obsession, emotional eating, bingeing/purging, and an emptiness inside that no amount of food would satisfy.
I bounced from diet to diet, counted points, calories, macros, and did everything I could to shrink my body. I was exhausted from feeling out of control with food and falling off the diet roller coaster.

A few years ago, having spent over 20 years in retail, I decided that I wanted something more fulfilling and rewarding from my life. Over many years I have grown to understand and accept what it means for me to be me – not compare myself with others, or live a different life to the one I want to be living. You are a unique and amazing individual, and you have a specific blend of strengths, skills, values, personality and experience.
My mission is to equip and empower you to understand and embrace who you are as that person. If you are seeking to live a more fulfilling life with clearer purpose and greater confidence, manage your life and time better, and gain more confidence and self awareness, I can help!
Melissa Jeffcott
I’m Melissa, an award winning life and parent coach for midlife women. In my late thirties, I felt a little bit like ‘life as I knew it’ was over. I had spent most of the decade deep in the role of motherhood with my 3 children, and while there is no doubting they are my proudest achievement and my greatest joy, I often felt as if I had lost the true essence of who I was. Certainly I put my own wants and desires at the bottom of the pile.
