Dr. Don Eisenhauer, MCC, is the founder of Coaching at End of Life, LLC. He is a pastor and a Master Certified Coach (accredited by the International Coach Federation). He is the author of the books Coaching at End of Life and Coach Yourself Through Grief. Don has a passion to help people live fully until they die.
He enjoys teaching and equipping coaches, hospice workers, funeral directors, clergy, friends and family members to better support and care for the dying and grieving in their midst.

Welcome to my site. I'm Tarron Estes, Founder of the Conscious Dying Institute. I am an End Of Life Educator, Organizational Learning Consultant, and Associate Faculty with The Watson Caring Science Institute. I design and facilitate "Sacred Passage: End of Life Doula Certificates" . I have worked with Health Care Systems and Senior Communities facilitating "End of Life Culture Change" and "Best Three Months: End of Life Fulfillment and Care Planning".
I have delivered "Human Caring: A Caring Science Educational Initiative" and "Caring Science Conscious Dying" for nurses and clinical professionals at Kaiser Permanente and other hospital systems in the US. These programs increase the caregivers ability to develop and fulfill life priorities and care plans based on what people want and need most as their dying time approaches.
Kathy L.Jacobson
Kathy has been doing life coaching since 1992, before coaching was coaching. She is a Certified Life Coach and is trained in various modalities, including the Hakomi Method, Transformational Bodywork, Voice Dialogue, Reiki, Energy Work, and the teachings of Abraham-Hicks. Kathy’s mission is to create a safe space for people to explore who they really are and who they want to become. To let go of their fears and achieve their dreams.

Welcome, and thank you for dropping in! Most importantly, I am a proud mother of two sons and two stepdaughters. My oldest son resides in the Midwest where I grew up and my youngest is currently in the U.S. Navy serving our country abroad. My stepdaughters live in Tennessee. I am also a “dog mom” to Georgi Girl, my 2-year-old Morkie. I am a divorcee and widow. I currently reside in Naples, Florida.
