What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I use a neuro-emotional approach during my interactions with clients. It’s a method to connect the logical side of the mind to the emotional side. The simultaneous interplay of thoughts and emotions enables improved decision-making, effective communication, and a higher influence on others. By leveraging this neuro-emotional method, a leader enhances their team’s engagement and productivity. Using this neuro-emotional approach in my coaching engagements, I help managers in becoming become great leaders.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The most critical thing that has contributed to my success is the daily meditation practice for over 25 years. It had led to several insights being uncovered in those silent and contemplative moments. Additionally, my study of neurolinguistic programming has been a value add to my work experience spanning various roles. As a lifelong learner, I have reflected on the teachings of management thinkers and spiritual masters which have added to the body of knowledge and practice.
Marc has undergone extensive training with industry leaders like Ken Blackman and Alexandra Stockwell at “The Coaching Dojo,” served as a coach at “Men’s Wisdom Work” for three years, earned a meditation instructor certification from the Buddhist Studies Institute in 2022, and in 2023-2024 completed a year long intensive with Sanyika “Firestarter” Street. As a graduate and facilitator for The ALL-IN CEO Initiation. His personal journey also includes transformative work with coaches and a shift from a career in the film industry to founding a coaching business focused on integrity, innovation, ingenuity, and service. Marc is dedicated to making a significant global impact.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I would describe my style of coaching as being deeply curious. With a strong focus on the emotional intelligence competencies of self-awareness and awareness of others, I balance support with appropriate challenge. Clients have described my approach as ‘tough love by stealth’. I have been told that I am deeply empathetic and insightful and demonstrate the power of ‘thin slicing’ (see Malcolm Gladwell) being highly intuitive and able to pick up on nuances.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I attribute two factors to my success as a coach. The first being a genuine interest in people. I am fascinated by people, and I am passionate about self-development. I believe everyone has the capability within them to achieve their professional or personal goals. The second factor is my personal resilience. Like most people I have faced a range of hurdles in my life, and I have been told that I don’t just bounce back, but rather that I bounce forward. I am able to bring my own lived experiences and growth from these experiences into my coaching practice.
Kathryn Eipl
Kathryn Eipl is an Emotional Well-being Strategy Coach, Relationship Guide, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist, Yoga and Meditation Guide. Kathryn fuses science and psychology with ancient yogic practices and energy work to help people learn to regulate their nervous systems. Through her own wellness practice, E.I.P.L. (Every Individual Person is Love) Healing, Kathryn shares the techniques that have helped her overcome patterns of addiction, cheating, mental and emotional abuse.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
E.I.P.L. Healing is an integrative medicine style approach to the health and wellness of an individual person, as a whole. Integrative medicine is a comprehensive, customized and whole person holistic approach that accounts for the full spectrum of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and environmental factors that influence your overall health and wellness. I support people in developing tools and techniques to regulate their own nervous system in a one-on-one dynamic.
What according to you has been the most critical thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
I often say the heartbreak and trauma I faced growing up is what has brought me here. Those struggles and challenges allowed me to build my strength and rely on myself to recover and overcome them. Now, I get to share what I have learned and studied to help others regain control over their lives. We don’t learn how to regulate our nervous system in school. Most of us don’t learn how to regulate our emotions until they’re out of control.
Susan Dutton
I received my first EQ coaching certification in 2008. At that time I was the CEO of a non-profit with an exclusive focus on healthy partner relationships. The couples that engaged with us were certainly able to understand the communication tools we taught. But something was missing. I realized that the barrier to their success was not found in the surface level of the issues presented, but rather in the underlying dynamics of their interaction.
I shifted my focus to the study and application of emotional intelligence, knowing that this would also drive their success at life in general. In 2014 I combined my 20 years experience in for-profit business with my new found love of all things EQ as an independent coach and consultant.
Maureen Moriarty
Maureen Moriarty, MA (Applied Behavioral Science in Consulting/Coaching in Organizations) brings over 30 years’ leadership experience designing and implementing business strategies and leading teams. She is a professional accredited coach of the prestigious Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and has taught leadership/team development courses for faculty and staff at the University of Washington and Bellevue College. Many consider her to be Seattle’s expert coach in the arena of “emotional intelligence”.
Sarah Blake
Sarah Blake is a speaker, an international bestselling author, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), consultant, and a founding member of the Global Institute for Thought Leadership. She works with individuals and teams, utilizing emotional intelligence to create more aware leaders, stronger teams, and more aligned company cultures. She is the CEO of Sarah Blake Consulting, which specializes in emotional intelligence and holistic alignment.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I believe that when we have alignment with our values, our stories (cultural conditioning and breaking the conditioning), and our surroundings, we have alignment within. I encourage exploring the alignment between personal and professional lives. To find this alignment, my clients must truly understand themselves, and this is foundational to emotional intelligence work. We dive deep and explore motivations, self-reflection, and accountability.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important that has contributed to my success as a coach is my immense curiosity. I truly want my clients to have the shift they need to reach whatever goals they have. I blend my vast background – Leadership and Emotional Intelligence coaching designations, change management methodologies, organizational leadership and development, archetypes, whole-person assessments, marketing and communication strategies, and more. I continue to grow my body of knowledge and create specific coaching engagements that serve my clients in the best way possible.
Sandy Peoples

Although she is new to the coaching world, she is accomplishing many things. She has scheduled workshops to host, create a podcast, and write a book.
What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
I help others with everyday obstacles, work through them, and transform themselves, so they can live their best life. I use different coaching methods and strategies to offer support to my clients. I get to know the person, their likes, and dislikes so we can come up with action steps that they will follow through with. I make reaching that goal fun and exciting, instead of it being like another job to them.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach would have to be the educational part. Taking the time to gain true knowledge on coaching is a win. When you go through a coaching school, you get trained so you can give your client the most out of the session, the mentoring you get which includes feedback to help you grow as a coach, and having a coach yourself, so you can gain empathy and relate to your clients.
Susan Clarine
Susan Clarine is fascinated by emotional intelligence and the science behind it to create better leaders, more engaged teams and healthier, happier workplaces. She works with clients to put emotional awareness into action with simple, research proven people-strategies to increase trust, de-stress and improve workplace happiness.
S.Michele Nevarez
This driving force is at the core of how the programs she has designed translate EI from theory to a powerful and practical vehicle for meaningful transformation and lasting habit change. It isn’t enough to leave our insights of Emotional Intelligence at the level of theory. We must operationalize EI in a manner that we come to know first-hand what it means to embody the wisdom of EI in our own lives.
