Wassili
Welcome to my site! My name is Wassili and I facilitate change in people, teams and organizations. I’m curious about how people learn, but also how people create problems, because there is a lot to learn from how they do that. Ever since I was a child I have been curious about “how things work” and how you can make things better, more enjoyable and more efficient.
I believe that people (and companies) have lots of qualities that they rarely or never use. Many of these qualities are often hidden behind problems and (unrealistic) fears. Because I would love for people and companies to really come into their own, I educated myself in how you ‘liberate’ oneself from all the obstacles that keep you from living fully.
AMANDA ARMSTRONG
I’m a trauma-informed coach and the founder of Rise As We, a mental health coaching space. I know first-hand that healing has no one size fits all. Like most healers I have my own history of mental health struggles and trauma. What really turned the page in my healing journey was learning to understand my nervous system and different mind-body systems.
This education and awareness shifted my lens from constantly feeling at war with myself to realizing that my brain is and always was fighting FOR me, I just didn’t know how to listen. What you’ll find here are the programs I wish I would have had in my healing journey.
Dr. Chris ND
While I was doing my undergraduate degree at UBC in the late 1980’s, I experienced a debilitating depression and anxiety. I also had an eating disorder and was not coping with the stress I was under at that time. Like most people, I had not heard about Naturopathic medicine so I was treated with medications that were not effective.
After taking the medication that was initially prescribed to alleviate depression, I swung into a psychotic manic episode and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 1.
Gary Clinton
Hi, I’m Gary. And I Kick Depression Out of Young Men’s Life For Good! When we work together, we turn their life around and get them on the road back from abyss, and towards lighter outcomes. We work together to turn their life into one full of fun and inspiration. At age 16, my dad was an alcoholic drug user.
He was a incredibly hard worker and I admire him for that. I wouldn’t see him much he’d be out most of the week, days and nights. He ran his own business, but became overwhelmed with it and its growth stagnated.
Jennifer Zimdars Stevenson
Hi! I’m Jennifer and I’m a mindfulness meditation helping practictioner and certified depression coach using MBCT to help women work through depression, stress and anxiety to live a fuller happier life.
