What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
Though there are a great many concrete resources that I utilize in my work with both large and small teams, including NLP techniques, MBTI, DISC, Enneagram, and Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication Strategies, it is my ability to shape and tailor each experience I facilitate for the individuals, the company, and the culture retaining my services that sets my work apart from other corporate coaches. While there is always something to be said for standardization and centralization for scaling purposes, I have found that the work is most transformational when it speaks to the heart and truth of the individuals that make up the company. When the work is individualized and personal, it becomes experiential, authentic, and lasting.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
Truly, the greatest contributions to my success have been in my ability to admit that I don’t have all the answers. In fact, I have found those moments of realization and vulnerability with the C-Suite to be where we have a turning point in the way we approach next steps. We give up “trying” to be right, perfect, or the best, and we get back to the business of becoming intensely curious and highly innovative humans. We check our egos and start to “play with the possibilities” of an entrepreneurial mindset. It is within the unknown points of possibility, that we grow together with humility and true passion.
