What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?
What sets me apart is that I don’t view myself as part of the Coaching Industrial Complex. That’s reassuring to the people for whom I am the best fit – they know I’m not going to turn them away because I’m overbooked, raise my prices, or push packages and products that they don’t need. My clients are all referrals, or found me searching online. I work with performers, actors and influencers all over the world. I’m not for everyone, but the artists I’m fortunate enough to work with get a completely unique experience, tailored to their needs.
What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?
My main objective is to make sure you are seen and heard, and to help create a masterful performance that is safely and easily replicable. I have helped clients gain admission to the Yale School of Drama, grow their TikTok following from 3k to 20k in 6 weeks, and my long-term clients report more pins, holds and callbacks than ever before. My top priority is putting you into the best position to tell the story your way, seeing you through the process with realistic expectations, and helping to build a plan for getting to the next stage in your career.

Gordon Paulson
I started racing bikes in the mid 1980s at the age of 34. After racing for six years, I dropped out of the race scene and took up the full-time responsibilities that come with raising children. In 1999, after twelve years away from the bike race scene, I decided to return to the sport I loved. Much had changed in that time. Bikes were lighter, training more sophisticated, and, it seemed, racing faster.

In order to become competitive, I learned how to use power measurement as a training tool and adopted a periodized approach to my training. This approach worked for me. Since returning to bike racing, I’ve won many events (see below); I’ve had particularly good results in time trials and have set numerous course records in Wisconsin and Minnesota. While these records have in many cases been eclipsed, I’m proud to say that often the athletes I coach have been the new record holders.
Craig Dacy
I’ve been where you are. I’ve struggled with business budgeting. I’ve spent sleepless nights doing financial gymnastics in my head, trying to make the numbers work. Before teaching business owners money management, I was a 4th-grade teacher. I was stressed, underpaid, and had no control over my schedule. Something needed to change.

After working with other small business owners, discovered something. Why do most business owners say their business feels like just another J-O-B? You just need a simple system that uses the habits you already have. One that is built around your goals and priorities. And that’s exactly what I help business owners, like you, do every day. Business finances shouldn’t be complicated. It shouldn’t involve sleepless nights and “financial gymnastics”. Managing cash flow can be as simple as 4th-grade math
